The Role:

We are looking for a talented, committed  and an ambitious HR Recruiter & Team Manager who can join our team, contribute, learn and grow. Your responsibilities include Sourcing, Screening, and Selecting qualified candidates, Coordinating Interviews, Managing the Hiring process, Day to day HR operations, Policy definition and Implementation and Team Engagement.  We prefer candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for talent and proven experience in recruitment, HR processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

Tech Recruiting

1. JD Creation -  Understand and align with the Leadership team to create relevant and precise JD for each role.
2. Sourcing - Consistent Sourcing through various tech job portals and platforms.
3. Screening - Hands on Screening of  the resumes and identify the quality of the candidates and filter based on Role fit, Experience and affordability.
4. Conduct and Co-ordinating Interviews - Conduct and Co-ordinate both online and offline interviews.

Coordinate, Collaborate and ensure a smooth E2E interview process. Manage excellent End to End hiring process to maintain the quality, trust and integrity of the company and the candidate.

Team Engagement and Team Building

1. Promote team engagement through planned initiatives and collaborative team-building activities
2. Manage HR operations, ensuring effective workflows and policy compliance
3. Act as primary point of contact (POC) for employee grievances and facilitate timely resolutions
4. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies to uphold fairness and organizational culture

Policy Definition, Creation and Implementation

1. Define HR policies aligned with organizational values, compliance standards, and employee needs
2. Develop comprehensive policy frameworks through stakeholder collaboration and legal benchmarking
3. Implement policies effectively across departments, ensuring clear communication and adoption
4. Monitor policy impact and make iterative improvements to maintain relevance and fairness

Manage Career Growth Process

1. Design and communicate clear career paths for various roles within the organization.
2. Oversee performance appraisal processes to identify growth opportunities and career advancement potential.
3. Provide resources and tools for self-assessment, career planning, and professional growth.

Requirements:

Experience

1. Min 2+ years of experience in Tech recruitment and HR operations and team management, preferably in a startup or technology-driven environment
2. E2E Technical Recruiting, HR processes, policies and Team Managing Experience

Recruiting Expertise

a. Proved Expertise in understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practices

b. Good knowledge of Tech talent acquisition strategies

c. Ability to qualify candidates based on Effective filtering and Resume Analysis.

Technical Proficiency

a. Familiarity with Google workspace, Linkedin, Naukri, Indeed and related software

Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer on the Capacity team, you will design, build, and deploy the intelligent systems that power our AI Tutor and Simulation Lab.

You’ll collaborate closely with prompt engineers, product managers, and full-stack developers to build scalable AI features that connect language, reasoning, and real-world learning. This is not a traditional ML ops role,  it’s an opportunity to engineer how intelligence flows across the product: from tutoring interactions to real-time physics reasoning.

Your Core Impact

• Build the AI backbone that drives real-time tutoring, contextual reasoning, and simulation feedback.
• Translate learning logic and educational goals into deployable, scalable AI systems.
• Enable the AI Tutor to think, reason, and respond based on structured academic material and live learner inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI System Architecture & Development

• Design and develop scalable AI systems that enable chat-based tutoring, concept explainability, and interactive problem solving.
• Implement and maintain model-serving APIs, vector databases, and context pipelines to connect content, learners, and the tutor interface.
• Contribute to the design of the AI reasoning layer that interprets simulation outputs and translates them into learner-friendly explanations.

2. Simulation Lab Intelligence

• Work with the ML team to integrate LLMs with the Simulation Lab; enabling the system to read experiment variables, predict outcomes, and explain results dynamically.
• Create evaluation loops that compare student actions against expected results and generate personalized feedback through the tutor.
• Support the underlying ML logic for physics-based prediction and real-time data flow between lab modules and the tutor layer.

3. Model Integration & Optimization

• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs or smaller domain models that serve specific platform functions.
• Design retrieval and grounding workflows so that all model outputs reference the correct textbook or course material.
• Optimize performance, latency, and scalability for high-traffic, interactive learning environments.

4. Collaboration & Research

• Partner with Prompt Engineers to ensure reasoning consistency across tutoring and simulations.
• Work with Product and Education teams to define use cases that align AI behavior with learning goals.
• Stay updated with new model capabilities and research advancements in RAG, tool use, and multi-modal learning systems.

5. Data & Infrastructure

• Maintain robust data pipelines for model inputs (textbooks, transcripts, lab data) and evaluation sets.
• Ensure privacy-safe data handling and continuous model performance tracking.
• Deploy and monitor AI workloads using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).etc.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in AI engineering, ML integration, or backend systems for AI-driven products.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or LangChain.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).
• Experience building APIs and integrating with frontend components.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment environments.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle technical requests filed by the end users of the product, handle troubleshooting and resolve errors.

• Troubleshoot Issues
• When technical issues with the product arise, production support engineers must act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution themselves or pass the problem on to other engineering team members, all the while providing users with progress updates.
• Contribute to Product Development
• Production support engineers participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing. They also create useful tools such as internal software to automate key processes or platforms where customers can send inquiries and reviews.
• Assist Users
• This role entails interacting with product users, often external customers but sometimes also employees. These interactions can occur in various setups, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and live messaging chats. In all of these cases, it’s vital to address concerns promptly and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Prepare Technical Documentation
• Production support engineers prepare extensive documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other common tasks include weekly reports summarizing production performance, release notes for upgrades, and troubleshooting guides.
• Suggest Improvements
• Because production support engineers deal with product issues first-hand, they can readily suggest overall product improvements, such as features that customers want. Ideally, they should also proactively evaluate engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency
