Roles and Responsibilities

· Supports customers by providing helpful information,

· Overseeing the customer service process.

· Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

· Answering questions, and responding to complaints.

· Maintaining a pleasant work environment for your team

· Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing 

feedback to the staff.

· Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer suppor

· Handling Customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner

· Informing Customers of upcoming promotions, offers, updates and 

much more

· Courier Tracking, contacting courier people, give a feedback to 

customer

· Semi Voice process

Objectives :

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Testing code written by others and analyzing results
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

• Deploy updates and fixes
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Skills and Qualifications :

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Proficient with git and git workflows
• Good logical skills and knowledge of programming concepts(OOPS,Data Structures)
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit

• Hands on experience on AEM, JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix
• Develop AEM templates, components, fragments and experiences
• Work extensively in Core Java 1.8, JEE, AEM 6.2, AEM 6.1, AEM 6.0, CQ5.5, Apache CXF
• Translates business requirements into AEM specific implementation, specifications, designs, Authors content, etc.
• Make changes to AEM site content, assets, pages, workflow, etc.
• Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
• Diagnoses and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
• Need to work in J2EE Web Technologies using Servlets, JSP, spring, Hibernate, Java Beans, Collections, JDBC, JavaScript, XML, HTML, DHTML, and CSS.

CNA Innovative Solutions is hiring a motivated and talented Senior Developer to work on in-house software products in Customer-facing/B2C model for the Indian market. We are looking for a candidate with experience/information in platforms like technical experience on the PHP frameworks, database & cloud solutions able to provide complete development expertise and manage the tech.

*Requirements

• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.

• Work with the inhouse and outsourced development team while ensuring the health and uptime of the system

• Ensure the code quality, infra readiness, and approval before the product launch

Requirements
