Meltwater is seeking a Software Team Lead to establish and guide our new influencer marketing team in our Hyderabad office. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in mentoring team members, managing projects, and prioritizing tasks to ensure successful and timely delivery. What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to develop and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software.
• Foster a collaborative and open-minded team culture, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing guidance and support to junior team members.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer Team Lead.
• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Experience with backend technologies, preferably NodeJS & Typescript.
• Experience with frontend technologies, preferably React & Typescript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting
• Love of technology and experience with one or more programming languages from Java, Python, or Go
• Experience in full-stack development including designing APIs and integration patterns, implementing security, implementing frameworks for Unit and End-to-End testing
• Experience with micro-services architecture
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.
• Extensive experience in a test-driven development environment
• Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, automated code deployments, etc.
• Ability to grasp new technologies and use them effectively to create industrial-strength software.

Job description:

Singapore Calendar Timing - 08:00am to 05:00pm (IST)

• Design, implement, and maintain web application phases
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
• Identifying production and non-production application issues
• Transforming requirements into stipulations.
• Should have knowledge of Data structures
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software
• Recommend changes to improve established software application processes
• Ability to develop logical and high-quality code which meets functional specifications along with technical requirements for reusability, maintainability and scalability when appropriate application code for java programs.
• Ability to perform technical analysis based on requirements to establish architecture approach and create detailed design in support of the requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, worked for foreign client would be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

Key Skills and Experience:

• Min 2 years of experience in the JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience with RESTFUL Web services.

• Hands-on experience on Javascript frameworks Alloy UI and JQuery.
• Hands-on experience in software development using J2EE Frameworks – Spring, Spring Boot, Struts, Hibernate.
• Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Participate with the senior developer in the entire application lifecycle, designing, coding, testing, debugging to deployment.
