Job Title: Cybersecurity Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver training programs on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students, professionals, or employees on various cybersecurity topics through engaging theoretical and practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced security concepts.
• Deliver courses on Network Security, Ethical Hacking, Information Security, Risk Management, and Cyber Threats.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
• Organize hands-on workshops and practical cybersecurity labs.
• Assess learner performance and provide feedback and guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Support learners in understanding security tools and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity and training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Industry certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.

KEY DUTIES

• Independently own and resolve high-priority or complex customer issues with minimal supervision
• Reproduce and analyze product defects using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools
• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and drive timely resolution of defects
• Identify trends in escalations and provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience
• Document investigation findings, root causes, and resolution steps clearly for both internal and external audiences
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Represent the escalation team in product reviews or defect triage meetings
• Build subject matter expertise in specific products or components
• Mentor and assist junior team members by reviewing their investigations and coaching through complex cases
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and backlog refinement
• Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Typically requires 3–6 years of technical experience in a support, development, or escalation role
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Proficient in debugging tools, logs, and test environments
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex issues and drive them to closure
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, Agile environment
• Proficiency with relevant scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — especially when engaging with customers in critical or escalated situations
• Demonstrated customer-first mindset with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and follow- through
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to document and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable presenting findings or recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Frontend Web Developer Responsibilities

• UI Development: Develop interactive and responsive web applications using React.
• API Integration: Integrate with RESTful APIs to fetch and display data dynamically.
• AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI models into the frontend, providing real-time insights and enhancing data-driven features.
• Dashboard Creation: Design and implement dashboards that provide comprehensive overviews of data, powered by AI/ML insights.
• Graph Integration: Utilize libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly or Recharts to create interactive and visually appealing graphs and charts.
• Data Comparison: Implement features to compare data across different time periods and datasets.
• User Interaction: Implement AI-driven user interaction features such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and recommendation systems.
• State Management: Implement state management solutions using Redux and Context API.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve UI/UX.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participate in code reviews, and provide feedback to peers.

We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside project stakeholders and report directly to Sr. Business analysts. The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridge the gap between the BDM team and technical team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and translate it to the development teams thereby, ensuring the right requirement detail in the documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to the team.

Responsibilities

· Elicit requirements, gathering, & documenting.

· Ability to grasp, relate, and quick response to new inquiries.

· Interaction with team members at regular intervals, share knowledge and information

· Clear and concise communication and project management skills.

· Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc. ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.

· Construct project documents (BRD, FRD) as per the project requirement and develop Flow charts, Use case diagrams, ER diagrams, User stories

· Performing requirements analysis

· Understand SDLC and fit into the Agile environment.

· Co-operating behavioral with the cross-functional team and being able to translate business needs into technical needs.

· Interface and coordinate with BDM team engagement & understand the client’s requirements
