Job Description 

Business to Business (B2B) outbound telephone sales and email marketing

Primarily responsibility is to create awareness and interest in IT solutions among decision-makers in medium to large-sized companies located in Europe. Agents will also plan and arrange web conferences and on-site appointments for third-party sales staff.

Requirements, skills and prerequisites 

• Exceptional language skills - spoken and written English (mandatory) 

• Neutral English Accent without any mother tongue influence 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to learn & willingness to learn (mandatory)

• Willing to work in European time zones - GMT + 1  
• Enjoying phone calls and computer work 
• IT affinity required, knowledge of business IT desirable 

• Willingness, desire and ability to work 100% from your own home office 
• Own a home-office setup: your own VOIP-capable laptop or PC, high-performance, stable Internet connection 
• Interest in long-term employment 

Please note: This is a full-time position and the candidate is expected to be available for work on all working days with the exception of leaves and holidays.
