About the position: Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing manager for our Demand Generation efforts for a fast growing SaaS company. This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through outbound across channels. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for coming up with both strategic and tactical plans to deliver growth both in terms of revenue and brand value. INSIDE SALES - COUNSELLOR
We are looking for result-oriented and motivated Inside Sales Specialists / Counsellors who can develop strong technical knowledge about our educational products, industry and customer base to support the customers’ purchase decisions. Additionally, the candidates will be required to effectively prospect, qualify and generate new sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities
- Build a thorough technical understanding of Suraasa products and help potential customers in understanding what we have to offer through effective articulation

Customer Operational Account Management:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective. The incumbent will utilize client relationship management skills to maintain and renew existing contracts, as well as to obtain additional revenue within the assigned account workload.

As a Export Manager, you will be responsible for managing the export process in markets including the Middle East, Far East, Asia and also all the activities related to the same.
What you will do:
- Identifying & developing new business opportunities from different countries
- Managing and growing business in select overseas markets by effective brand marketing
- Identifying and appointing local distributors, logistics partners, import-export agents as and where applicable
- Finalization of terms and contracts with these partners
- Driving the local distributor sales force and thus contributing towards driving the business in the overseas market
- Tie-ups and finalization of terms with end-sellers such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, e-commerce players etc.
