About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about working with people, enjoys building positive workplace culture, and wants to grow their career in HR.

As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily HR operations — including recruitment, onboarding, data management, documentation, HRMS handling, employee engagement, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

4. Documentation & Compliance

5. Vendor Management

• Coordinate with external vendors for recruitment, office supplies, engagement activities, or other HR-related services.
