Who we are:

F22 Labs was started in 2014 by Murtuza and Hari, 2 childhood friends who always dreamt of starting a business of their own. After working at leading startups initially in their careers, they decided to take the plunge.

Over the last 7 years, we’ve been fortunate and blessed to have worked with 250+ entrepreneurs, who have trusted us with their dream of building their startups. Some of them include Hollywood celebrities like BJ Novak and Fortune 500s like Pizza Hut Inc.

Some of our products have gone on to be used, loved and have received investment from Charlie Cheever(Cofounder of Quora), Snoop Dog(does he even need an introduction?), Evan Williams (Cofounder of Twitter) and have been nominated for awards like the Webbys.

Shrikanth and Ashwin, IIT-Madras alumni have been riding technology waves since the dotcom era. Our latest venture, PipeCandy (Data & Predictions on 12 million eCommerce sellers) was acquired in 2021. We have built analytical models for industrial giants, advised enterprise AI platforms on competitive positioning, and built 70 member AI team for our portfolio companies since 2023.

Indee, founded in 2014 and headquartered in West Hollywood, California, is a cutting-edge entertainment technology company that solves content security, management, and distribution challenges for the world's largest entertainment companies. With clients including Netflix, Disney, Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate, Showtime, and Comedy Central, Indee provides a one-stop solution for production houses, OTT platforms, television networks, and guilds. The company's proprietary security layer and unmatched analytics have led to impressive growth, with a 10X increase in revenue and a 400X growth in the number of screenings over the last three years. We are India's fastest-growing window and door system brand based out of Hyderabad. We have completed 800+ successful projects through a network of 150+ fabricators present across 100+ locations across the country. We currently manufacture UPVC windows and doors. Our products combine durability, energy efficiency, and modern design to meet the growing demands of homeowners and builders.

Our products are developed by our in-house innovation and product development team for Indian climatic conditions meeting international standards (EN ISO, ASTM). They are manufactured in ISO-certified manufacturing facilities with a production capacity exceeding 100,000MT.

We have raised $1.04 million (about Rs 8.5 crore) in seed funding led by Incubate Fund India, Titan Capital, Partners Fund Japan, Superb Capital, and MamaEarth founder Varun Alagh. Within one year we have grown 7X. 

We operate in a B2B2C, B2B and B2C model. Eventually, B2C will be our primary channel with a pan-India presence. Within the decade, we also plan to export our products to markets in the world.
