Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute SQA activities in line with project timelines and performance metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders including software project managers, developers, testers, and process leads
• Conduct thorough reviews of software work products developed in-house and by external suppliers
• Support ECU owners in supplier joint reviews, ensuring quality deliverables
• Monitor, measure, and analyze software quality metrics and track deliverables
• Identify software gaps, defects, and potential risks, prioritizing based on impact
• Drive corrective actions to closure, manage deviations, and ensure quality standards
• Generate detailed quality reports to provide insights on software progress

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist in rolling out the Polestar Embedded Software Development Process
• Perform process reviews and internal audits
• Promote continuous improvement within the embedded software development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development projects within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and process models such as:
• Automotive SPICE
• ISO 26262
• ISO 21434
• IATF 16949
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing vendors and generating new leads for vendor onboarding.
• Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with UX team, product managers, back-end engineers and other technical teams to create new, delightful and scalable UI
• Mentor junior members through training and individual support
• Responsible for all front end development on a project
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Proactively learn and accordingly apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns

The ideal candidate must - 

• 5+ years of experience working with React or React-based frameworks
• Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing
• Proficiency in Git and version control
• Considerable experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT Tokens
• Good understanding of common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn etc
• Hands-on experience with CSS-in-JS libraries
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Keen to learn, mentor and willingness to take ownership of work items
• Possess strong communication and self-accountability

This is a full-time role (9am-6pm, Mondays to Fridays), with a monthly salary of 363 USD.

• Develop design concepts for business objectives and goals

About the Role:

• Create Visual Brand Identity

• Conceptualise a creative direction for Testing Ground’s projects
• Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials for both print and web related marketing material
• Produce new artwork based on brand guidelines agreed with our team
• Create print and digital advertising materials

• Develop Key Visuals and Collaterals for Marketing Campaigns and Events

• Assist in the management of website, newsletters and all other company materials, where necessary
• Design all graphic, sales and marketing materials e.g. EDM / Posters / Banners
• Work with us in crafting visually compelling presentations

• Manage Design from Concept to Production

• Work according to briefs for the branding needs and guidelines
• Ensure design specifications are production-ready
• Engage with external printers or contractors/suppliers/vendors to ensure the highest quality of materials and that deadlines are met
• Proper documentation of all design files

Experience:

At least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative fields 

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity in Adobe InDesign for desktop publishing
• Ability to convey company’s message in line with brand’s guidelines through original design
• Ability to create strong design concepts
• (good to have) Skilled in video editing
• (good to have) Skilled in photography and videography
• (good to have) Knowledge of photo editing in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
