
Responsibilities:
- Ensure and own Data integrity across distributed systems.
- Extract, Transform and Load data from multiple systems for reporting into BI platform.
- Create Data Sets and Data models to build intelligence upon.
- Develop and own various integration tools and data points.
- Hands-on development and/or design within the project in order to maintain timelines.
- Work closely with the Project manager to deliver on business requirements OTIF (on time in full)
- Understand the cross-functional business data points thoroughly and be SPOC for all data-related queries.
- Work with both Web Analytics and Backend Data analytics.
- Support the rest of the BI team in generating reports and analysis
- Quickly learn and use Bespoke & third party SaaS reporting tools with little documentation.
- Assist in presenting demos and preparing materials for Leadership.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Datawarehouse modeling techniques and SQL queries
- A good understanding of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Power BI report solutions
- Ability to create KPIs, visualizations, reports, and dashboards based on business requirement
- Knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis
- Be able to implement row-level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI
- Proficiency in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
- Expertise in using advanced level calculations on data sets
- Experience in the Fintech domain and stakeholder management.

Job Description:
Automation Strategy & Development: Design and implement automation workflows for routine IT operations across Windows and Linux environments (e.g., user management, patching, service configuration). Create and manage scripts for: Active Directory (user/group management, GPOs, security settings), DNS & DHCP management. Develop custom automation tools using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to support various infrastructure needs.
Virtualization & Cloud Automation: Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring for VMware and Nutanix environments. Develop automation for Citrix Cloud and NetScaler for tasks like app publishing and load balancing. Integrate and automate cloud components (AWS or Azure) to support a hybrid infrastructure.
Monitoring & Backup Reliability: Implement automated LogicMonitor solutions for proactive issue detection. Build automation scripts for Commvault to manage backup and recovery, including reporting. Create monitoring and alerting tools using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. You will also provide HR and leadership with processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensures a competitive market position for the organization. You will be developing and/or participating in compensation/benefit surveys to analyse company’s competitive position. You will be ensuring company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
Responsibilities
- Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
- Overall compensation philosophy design – Building the system to keep pay equitable to market and creation of systems for delivery at scale.
