We are looking for a Copywriter who can confidently switch between formal, strategy-led brand copy and more playful, expressive writing depending on the brief.

The role requires a keen understanding of brand strategy frameworks and the ability to understand how words shape brands, paired with curiosity about different perspectives and experience working across digital and print platforms alongside strategists and designers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Brand strategy components: taglines, positioning statements, vision/mission, brand narrative/story, etc.
• Ideating brand campaigns in keeping with proposed strategies and crafting relevant, engaging copy
• Copy for brand books
• Contribute to mock-ups and stylescapes to help visualize brand direction and campaign ideas
• Digital & print marketing assets such as posters, newspaper ads, scripts, etc.
• Compelling content & impact copy lines for pitch presentations
• Occasional long-form content including websites, brochures, newsletters, etc.
• Bring ideas to life through strong, original creative writing
• Conceptualise campaign ideas and curate clear, engaging concept notes
• Create content for social media and other digital assets, as needed
• Ability to adapt tone, voice, and writing style to suit multiple brands and categories
• Work confidently in English while incorporating conversational Hinglish to create culturally relevant brand communication
• Proofread, edit, and refine copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer for our client, a US-based tech company, to take ownership of backend architecture, scalability, and infrastructure. This is a critical engineering role where you'll lead feature development and ensure high system performance as the company grows rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Optimize and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Design and implement asynchronous processing using Redis and RabbitMQ

Synopsis:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to oversee all aspects of payroll management and processing within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in payroll processing, familiarity with the Tally environment, and expertise in statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PTAX, and other relevant regulations. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, adherence to statutory requirements, and maintaining comprehensive records.

A Day in Your Life:

● Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation and deductions.

● Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PTAX, and other statutory regulations.

● Utilize Tally software for payroll processing and reconciliation.

● Prepare and submit monthly/yearly returns and challans.

● Maintain accurate records and assist in financial statement preparation.

NET Lead (Need B3) Job Description:

Responsibilities / Expectations

• Tech/team lead requirement in the ICS Simplification domain in the MAAS application.
• 5-8 years of total IT experience.
• At least 4 years in Application Development/Maintenance/Support using .NET Framework   
• Should be able to perform migration of legacy applications to Cloud/On Prem by thoroughly understanding the integration and compatibility requirements
• Should be able to Debug and resolve the Application related issues with Migration, and compatibility with the latest Windows/RHEL environment

Skills required
