Our client aims to project India’s popular iconic characters into the Metaverse. They offer a full stack solution to manage, sell and monetize digital experiences and thus act as a wealth-building platform for artists, IP owners and other established icons to manage their digital assets. To support them in this journey, they have global partnerships with world class Metaverses, NFT platforms, Artists, Game studios, etc.

Our client was co-founded by a team of three members consisting of experienced entrepreneurs and also a leading Indian film and TV personality.

As a Partnerships & Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

• Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership with metaverses, blockchain companies, NFT platforms, Brands, fashions designers and other for the growth of the platform
• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
• Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships

• Working to refactor clients existing Laravel & VueJS apps
• Building and improving APIs for mobile, browser, blockchain, and game-engine clients
• Writing maintainable code that is secure and performant
• Proactive problem solver who is keen to contribute to the team’s success and optimize existing software and processes.

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Expert level in Laravel (PHP7+)
• Experience with VueJS, CSS, and front-end development
• Proficiency with SQL
• Experience using the Git Version Control System (VCS)
• Experience with testing
• Familiar with the latest Laravel features    
• Proficient in English, written and spoken    
• Team player that thrives in a collaborative environment    

• Experience in DevOps, Amazon AWS, Docker, and/or Linux  
• Experience in blockchain and/or Ethereum smart contracts   
• Experience in Rust is a plus but not Mandatory
• Experience in GraphQLLaravel (PHP7+)

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We at Cogno AI are looking to hire a motivated candidate for the role of IT Project Manager.

As an IT Project Manager at Cogno AI, you will work on the projects of some of the largest companies - ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate project plans that meet client objectives.
  
• Track and assign ownership of project-level tasks. Communicate with appropriate teammates and leadership regarding the status of specific projects.
  
• Set and manage timelines, holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to them, while understanding the flexible nature of client deadlines.
  
• Monitor timeliness and quality of deliverables to ensure compliance with standard processes and methodologies.
  
• Demonstrate an understanding of business priorities and the ability the exercise keen prioritization skills between projects and within projects to effectively handle competing and evolving priorities.
  
• Maintain or request status updates across all milestones for all clients (existing and onboarding) within a team to drive transparency and accountability.
  
  

Eligibility:

• A B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT is mandatory.
  
• 2 to 4 years experience in project management would be preferred.
• Prior startup experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a laptop or desktop to work.
