In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
Familiarize with the systems and processes
Learn the planning methodology of the agency on both online and offline media
Understand the different streams of analysis the team undertakes
Contribute to at least two projects that the team is working on
In six months:
Thorough understanding of planning principles and processes to demonstrate in day-to-day
work and conversations
Collaborate with the necessary teams during the course of a workstream pro-actively
Point-of-view on the best approach that should be taken on projects
Ideate on and deliver at least three projects
In twelve months:
Ability to help build a narrative for the projects undertaken by the team
Manage and deliver projects end-to-end

Provide strategic input in crafting the approach of a project, lead data analysis and support
in building the project as a whole

- 5-6 years of experience in media planning

About the team
