About the Opportunity :

We are hiring a Tech Lead – Fullstack Developer for a well-funded product startup building an enterprise-grade SaaS platform in the Cybersecurity domain.

The role involves designing and delivering scalable microservices and cloud-native applications in a high-performing, Agile engineering environment.

You'll work alongside industry veterans from billion-dollar digital firms, contributing to technical design, product architecture, and engineering best practices.

Mandatory Skills : Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS (or any modern JavaScript framework), RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Hibernate/JPA, Multithreading, and Microservices architecture.

Role Highlights :

• Lead fullstack product development using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS (or similar frameworks).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Write modular, secure, and efficient code optimized for performance and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and influence architecture decisions across the team.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Key Skills Required :

1. Strong expertise in Java (mandatory) and Spring Boot.
2. Proficient in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks.
3. Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
4. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Hibernate/JPA, and transaction management.
5. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
6. Understanding of API Gateway, ACID properties, multithreading, and performance tuning.
7. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Agile methodologies.
8. Strong debugging and profiling skills for performance bottlenecks.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Pentaho, Apache NiFi).
• Exposure to the Healthcare or Cybersecurity domain.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or real-time analytics tools.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3-6 years’ experience under your belt developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment using Node Js, React Js or Next Js, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in full ownership of the systems involved.
• Hands on experience working with CRM platforms, Third party app integrations or Heavy file processing & Restful APIs.
• You understand that different applications have different data requirements.
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Strong coding ability.
• You are passionate about the craft of software development and constantly work to improve your knowledge and skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

It’s Great If You Have

• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Experience building products.
• Core engineering infrastructure tools like Git for source control.

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within an appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect  

• Hands-on development and implementation of solutions including the configuration of e.IQ platform components and custom development 

• Tasks associated with testing and documentation of solution implemented 

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 -6 years of experience in development or platform implementations.

Required Technical Skillset for Java Development

• core JavaScript, CSS, HTML-5,

• At least one of these frameworks (Angular JS / React /Vue / jQuery / Bootstrap)

• Experience in developing front-end web applications for various devices (responsive) 
  

Good to have:

• Basic Java knowledge /Programming, RDBMS (preferably MySQL or MSSQL), Exposure to Liferay.

• Must be capable of coding and unit testing their own code
  

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Should have strong analytical skills                                                  
  

• Good communication skills

• Capable of juggling several priorities and delivering results on time in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

Backend: PHP Laravel (must), NodeJS (knowhow)

Frontend: Any Javascript, ReactJS (preferred)

Others: MySQL or any SQL database, Knowhow of Microservices architecture

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program daily in Node.JS, Angular2+/React JS, Express, Bootstrap, MongoDB and others.

Build web-based and mobile-first front-end GUIs to support workflows.

Integrate with REST APIs and relational databases.

Build out new features and iterate on existing features.

Design and implement low-latency, high-availability and performant applications.

Help define architectures and design patterns.

Participate in code reviews.

Must have experience in Deployment

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Real world web and service development experience.

Deep Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.JS, Angular2+/ React , Express & MongoDB.

Experience with server-side languages like Jade, EJS, etc

Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 frameworks such as bootstrap.

Experience with web services API integration (Rest, JSON, XML).

Experience in anyone one these Docker, Kubernates, AWS, Azure

You are a motivated and energetic rockstar full stack developer. Go-getter, think out of box to create awesome front-end (jQuery or ReactJS) and back-end (APIs) of an application platform.

Skills:

- Develop web apps using jQuery or ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP Advanced, any MVC framework and Ajax.

- Hands on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

- Experience of setting up a production workflow with git and cloud deployment will be plus.

- Knowledge of web technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc will be plus
