- Understanding of the application functionality along with defined program objectives.
- Organize the testing kick-off meeting.
- Define the Strategy.
- Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Identify the test environment, test data, and access needs.
- Analyze test results and call out any discrepancies against the SLAs.
- Publish test analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders.
- Review and provide feedback on all the developed test cases.
- Lead all test reviews and test artifacts.
- Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience of automation script development
