The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inĀ lead generation, campaign analytics, and ROI optimization, with the ability to turn insights into impactful growth strategies
šÆĀ Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns acrossĀ Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- ManageĀ end-to-end campaign executionĀ ā targeting, ad setup, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and reporting.
- DriveĀ lead generation and user acquisitionĀ while maintaining low CPA and high ROAS.
- RunĀ remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaignsĀ to improve conversion rates.
- ImplementĀ A/B testingĀ for creatives, copies, and funnels to enhance performance.
- UtilizeĀ AI tools and automationĀ to streamline campaign management and reporting.
- Monitor and analyzeĀ KPIsĀ (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates) for ongoing performance improvement.
- Prepare and present reports usingĀ Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, andĀ LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
š§©Ā Requirements:
- MinimumĀ 2 years of experienceĀ inĀ Performance Marketing / Digital MarketingĀ (preferably B2B or Finance sector).
- Hands-on experience withĀ Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience inĀ funnel optimization and A/B testing.
- Proficiency inĀ analytics toolsĀ ā Google Analytics, GTM, and Ads Managers.
- Ability toĀ manage budgets effectivelyĀ and deliver measurable ROI.
- ExcellentĀ communication and collaborationĀ skills.
- Bachelorās degreeĀ in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- CertificationsĀ (Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
