Key Responsibilities

 Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting and financial operations across

multiple group companies.

 Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth.

 Manage asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation schedules, and asset audits.

 Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and income tax filings, along with compliance to all statutory requirements.

 Supervise accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation processes.

 Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

 Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for audits, assessments, and regulatory matters.

 Implement and maintain strong internal controls, accounting systems, and process documentation.

 Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support cost optimization and profitability.

 Manage fund flow, working capital, and vendor payment planning.

 Support management in investment planning, risk management, and long-term financial strategy.

Key Skills & Requirements

 CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

 6–10 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting management, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-company setup.

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESIC compliance, and other statutory regulations.

 Expertise in financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

 Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

 Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure data integrity.

 Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with auditors and senior management.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Design & Implementation (React): Create visually engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js along with frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. Design and prototype web pages using Figma, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design precision, scalability, and performance optimization.

• End-to-End UX Ownership: Manage the complete UX process — from concept and wireframing to front-end design delivery — ensuring seamless, user-centric experiences across all product modules. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Analysts to convert business goals and insights into clear, functional, and impactful design solutions. 

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, translating them into production ready React components. 

• User Research & Testing: Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions, enhance navigation, and refine interaction flows based on user behavior.

• Design System Management: Build and maintain a scalable React-based design system, ensuring consistency, reusability, and visual harmony across applications. 

• Data Visualization:  Collaborate with developers to craft intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Recharts, Chart.js, or D3.js, simplifying complex ad metrics. 

• Performance & Accessibility:  Ensure all UI designs adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices, delivering inclusive and optimized user experiences.

Requirements-

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI implementation.

As a Solution Design team member, you will be focused on designing solutions for some of the most challenging and exciting problems that we are working to solve in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's business, supply chain challenges and building practical processes or technologically led solutions for these.
