Roles & Responsibilities

Your objective will be to ensure that client is able to extract value of our solution to the fullest. You will be the first point of contact for the client and end users of the software. You will be responsible for successful transition of the customer to our solution, for client communication and coordinating with them for conducting feature demonstration and giving training sessions. You will be resolving client queries on a real-time basis. You will also report to Product team on any major issues that clients may be facing. Uphold established standards, processes and best practices in customer service. You are expected to continuously learn and build a knowledge base by reading books, understanding business, and empathizing with our customers.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor with 0-3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about video editing, with a strong focus on creating engaging content for short-form videos, reels, and podcasts. This role requires the ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos, including reels, shorts, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in on-site video shoots, ensuring all footage is captured according to project requirements.
• Perform basic color correction, sound editing, and graphic integration to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and tools to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing short-form content, reels, and podcasts.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each.
• Ability to work on-site as needed, with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in basic motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with audio editing software for podcast production.
• Understanding of color grading and sound design.

Technical Skills Required – Mandatory:

- Cloud Technologies – AWS OR Bigdata (Basic Level)

- Python (Highly Experience Level)

- Databases – SQL (Highly Experience Level)

- Operating Systems – Unix (Highly Experience Level)

Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries and Knowledge of Performance Tuning

Excellent working knowledge of production support role and Strong debug/troubleshooting skills

Provide 24×7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends.

Hands-on experience in production support for data engineering processes, root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize the existing integration, monitoring and alerting processes.

Working knowledge of ETL/ELT in Hadoop, Spark and MPP databases is required.

Effectively collaborate with the partners (SMEs, DBA, and Business users) to ensure the reliability of the Data systems.

UI Path Developer:

• Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath
• Should completed E/B.Tech. /MCA in any field.

• Should have interest in salesforce development technology.
• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath offerings
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in developing, implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Excellent communication skill is a must.
• Knowledge and experience on RPA Ui path Tool.
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET) is a plus
