What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of complex systems: design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate at scale.
• Architect high-performance backends in Kotlin (or JVM langs) that handle real-time routing and IoT data.
• Craft scalable React UIs that power ops dashboards and parent-facing apps.
• Drive cloud decisions across AWS, Azure/GCP—optimising costs for our bootstrap runway.
• Apply DSA/system design to solve hard problems like dynamic route optimization and predictive scaling.
• Shape the engineering roadmap: propose, prioritise, and ship features with founders.
• Mentor juniors while executing solo on high-impact bets—no layers, just results.

We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of hands-on engineering where you've owned and shipped production systems (prove it with code/stories).
• Elite CS fundamentals: advanced DSA, system design (distributed systems a must), design patterns.
• Mastery of Kotlin/Java + modern React; real AWS experience (EC2, IAM, CLI—you know our stack).
• Proven "leap-taker": startup grit, side projects, or open-source that screams hunger.

Customer Care Executive – Inbound Process | Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound calls & emails, resolve client queries, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries via calls/emails & provide timely solutions.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation & follow communication guidelines.
• Support clients with clarity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (any field except engineering).
• 0–5 years of client servicing experience (Mutual Fund preferred).
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Gujarati with excellent communication.
• Loyal, honest, decision-maker with a long-term vision.

• Installation of New PC, Laptops, Mobile Devices. Apple Mac will be an added advantage
  
• Manual and Automated methods of Installing and Troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8, 10,

• Hardware Troubleshooting and spare replacement on Desktops, Laptops mandatory ( Lenovo, HP, Dell )

• Installation and Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners and All in one printers (USB/LAN)
• Fair knowledge on using remote support tools.
• Good communication skills written and verbal English.

Requirement 

• Min. 1yr to 3yr experience. (Must have L1 technical knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, Network LAN, Wifi and printers) 
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 7/8/10.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Android, Windows Mobile and Apple devices.
• Applications installation, troubleshoot software/LAN/WIFI issues.
• HW troubleshooting skills on desktops and laptops by using relevant diagnosis tools. (Lenovo, Dell and HP mandatory). 
• Replacing spares for Desktop and Laptops. (Lenovo, Dell and HP mandatory mandatory).
• Candidate should be ready for end to end field support. 
• Possess 2 wheeler with driving license is must. 
• Flexible for travel out of the city if required. 
• Knowledge on Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365 will be an added advantage. 
• Education: Diploma/Graduation/Undergraduate.
• Should adhere and follow the process and flow laid down by the organisation.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal in English.

• Work with our proprietary Java and Kotlin based SDK to find performance and functionality-related issues.
•  Working with in-house Dashboards to perform testing of UI and APIs.
• Collaborating with teams to create test documents.
• Planning and task management in congruence with the Leadership Team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Expertise in testing different QA Methodologies black box, white box, and gray box for both web UIs and backends both manually and automation.
• Ability to code and maintain back-end automation frameworks written in distributed programming languages such as Python.
• Ability to automate Android applications using tools such as Appium.
• Hands-on experience on API testing and testing tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, or other API testing tools.
• Experience working with Proxy tools like Charles Proxy, Fiddler.
• Excellent in test strategizing, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Agile scrum methodologies Strong debugging, problem-solving, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.

D365 F&O Senior / Mid-level Technical Developer – Multiple position

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline (B. Tech / MCA / Masters etc.).
• 5 to 9 years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX /D365 technical.
• Should have Minimum 1-2 implementation experience on D365 FO.
• Should have good experience in D365 FO Extensions, LCS, Integrations using OData/Flow.
• Should be able to estimate, design, customize and develop customer specific customization requirements.
• Experienced in development in AX 2009 / AX 2012.
• Work closely with the Functional Consultants in the design of technical solutions.
• Certified on Dynamics AX / D365FO at desired levels
• Should have experience with international clients.
• Experience with upgrades is preferrable
• Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS) is highly preferred
• Experience or knowledge with System Administration and Security Roles
• Experience with customizing security data policies
• Experience with payment gateway integrations, EDI integrations etc.
