🚀 Hiring: Social Media Strategist (E-commerce - Online Supermarket) | Work from Home + Dubai Visits

Are you a results-driven Social Media Strategist with a passion for e-commerce and a proven track record of driving measurable growth? Join Campkart, a fast-growing Dubai-based online supermarket startup, and play a key role in shaping its digital presence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & execute high-impact social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
✅ Manage & optimize content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
✅ Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns and implement data-driven strategies.
✅ Collaborate with the Dubai team to align social efforts with business objectives.
✅ Work with designers to create compelling visuals (Graphic design skills are a plus!).
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and adopt innovative marketing tactics.
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist in e-commerce (preferably online supermarkets).
✔ Strong analytical skills with a history of driving significant growth in previous roles.
✔ Fluency in Hindi (Knowledge of Bangla is a plus).
✔ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
✔ Willingness to travel to Dubai twice a year for team collaboration.
✔ Bonus: Experience with graphic design and performance marketing.
