Sr. Data Engineer (Data Warehouse-Snowflake)

Key Responsibilities 

* Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students regarding their academic progress, course selection, and personal development

 • Career Guidance: Guide students on career paths, college options, entrance exam preparation, and skill development based on their interests and abilities 

* Student Engagement: Maintain regular communication with enrolled students through calls, emails, and video sessions to ensure their satisfaction and continued learning • Academic Support: Identify struggling students and provide academic interventions, personalized learning plans, and resources to improve performance 

* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze student learning outcomes, prepare progress reports, and suggest improvements 

* Retention & Enrollment: Work on student retention strategies and support the enrollment process by addressing queries and concerns of prospective students

 • Collaboration: Work closely with academic teams, instructors, and administrators to ensure holistic student development 

* Feedback Collection: Gather student feedback and suggestions to help improve the platform, courses, and overall learning experience

 • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and progress in the CRM system 

Required Qualification 

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, academic advising, or related roles 

* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); regional languages are a plus (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi) 

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse student populations 

* Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite) 

* Ability to work 6 days a week, including flexibility to accommodate student meeting schedules

• Provide technology strategy planning
•  Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
•  Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
•  Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs
• The candidate will be responsible to start and complete projects on a scheduled basis, inclined to maintain highest standard of quality.
• Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis are a set of responsibilities.
• Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are adhering to timelines set.

Role Description :-

This is a full-time on-site role for an Marketing Executive located in Ambala at Amity Information center. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role including developing and executing marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, managing social media channels, and creating marketing collaterals. The Marketing Executive will also contribute to the development of marketing strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to support university objectives.

• Relevant experience on using tools like JSP, Servlet for web applications

• Experience using Angular, Micro Services using Spring, jersey, Swagger
• Good knowledge of Backend and Front-end technologies
• Good knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Ajax, Spring, Java Script, jQuery, HTML
• Good knowledge of any RDBMS database like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL & Cluster set-up, performance benchmarking, client-side API evaluation, knowledge of various deployment strategies
• Strong knowledge with Core JAVA concepts – Exception handling, Multi-threading, Collection, String, OOPS etc…
• Advanced understanding of Windows and Linux based operating systems
• Mainly 3-4 months hands on with reverse engineering and old legacy solutions to new modern applications
• Working knowledge using REST, HTTP, TCP, SCTP protocols
• Hands-on with JAVA frameworks such as – Thread Pool Executor, Object Pooling, Logging (Log4j preferred), XML/JSON handling

Education Criteria:

• Preferred BE degree in CS, E&C, E&E
• Proficient being a J2EE Developer (courses or project done) and data analytics skills
• Flexible to work on any projects assigned
