We're looking for a 'Supply Chain Executive' who's eager to learn, owns outcomes, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll own end-to-end supply chain operations from production coordination to last-mile fulfilment. Ideal for someone who wants real responsibility early in their career and a front-row seat to how a D2C brand actually runs.

Key responsibilities:

A. Inventory & order management:

1. Manage inventory across Amazon FBA, website, quick-commerce, and office/retail orders

2. Track stock levels and movement; prevent stock-outs and overstocking

3. Handle daily order processing and fulfilment coordination

B. Amazon FBA, marketplaces and Q commerce:

1. Plan replenishment and dispatch to Amazon FBA and Q-comm

2. Monitor stock health, ageing inventory, and timelines

3. Coordinate with marketplace ops for smooth fulfilment

C. Production & vendor coordination:

1. Coordinate demand planning and batch scheduling with production partners

2. Track production timelines; ensure timely warehouse dispatch

3. Support quality checks and packaging readiness

D. Demand planning & forecasting:

1. Support forecasting based on sales trends, launches, and campaigns

2. Plan inventory for promotions, festive spikes, and new SKUs

E. B2B & institutional orders:

1. Manage order processing for B2B, HoReCa, and bulk accounts

2. Coordinate with sales on stock allocation and delivery schedules

F. Process building:

1. Set up scalable supply chain processes and trackers

2. Create SOPs for inventory, order flow, and coordination

3. Continuously improve systems as we scale

G. Cross-functional support:

1. Work with marketing, sales, and finance on launches and reporting

2. Support offline retail fulfilment and ad-hoc ops needs

Who we're looking for:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or D2C/e-commerce

2. Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity

3. Strong execution mindset — gets things done, not just planned

4. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; tracking and reporting is core to this role

5. Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership

Bonus: exposure to Amazon FBA, D2C brands, FMCG, or food & beverage

Logistics:

- Daily freight rate Update to concerned departments.

- Negotiation of Ocean freight rate and arrange Quotation

- Booking Vessel and Container

- Daily Shipment status updation on excel sheet

- Monitoring the Lift on and Lift out of containers

- Monitoring daily Containers stuffing

- Monitoring the movement of export documents

- Co-ordination with operations team, CHA and Forwarder

- Tracking the shipment till delivery at destination

- Third party agency certifications & coordination

- Monitor freight & transportation invoices & coordinate on the same with Accounts department, CHA,

Forwarder, Vendors

- Reporting and tracking additional local charges

- Handling trouble shooting situations

- Miscellaneous routine tasks

- Follow up with Forwarders for release of D.O & container bookings etc.

- Prepare and maintain daily/Weekly & Monthly MIS Report

Reporting/Filing:

Conduct periodic reporting of all activities

- Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping

Ad-hoc Activities:

- Assist in Ad-hoc activities

- Preparing reports - as required by Reporting Manager / Directors/ MD

- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Periodic logistics related visits, & meeting with vendors, CHA, forwarders as & when required by Reporting

Manager for smooth work

Working Relationship:

- External: Customers, Suppliers, and Service Providers

- Internal: Directors, Managing Director Reporting Manager, Assistant, employees from other departments, and

colleagues within the same department

Job Description:

Senior Sourcing Manager:

• 8+ years directly applicable Supply Chain experience
• Possess a working knowledge of manufacturing principles, particularly in the technology industry
• Working knowledge of Quality Principles, Continuous Improvement and Process Implementation (DMAIC, Lean Mfg, Kaizen)
• Experience with contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management
• Proven experience with detailed data analysis leading to strategic sourcing recommendations and decisions.
• Strategic Sourcing skills: SOW Development, Request for Quote/Proposal/Information, Total Cost of Ownership analysis and Supplier Relationship Management
• Experience with negotiating supplier agreements and knowledge of Terms & Conditions

• You will coordinate and route the flow of material between contract manufacturers and distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.  
• You will expedite parts to remedy any shortage problems.  
• Perform purchase order receipts, create travelers, and maintain records of material flow.  
• Updating logs, databases, maintaining files, project reports, specifications, product information, and documentation.  
• Preparing processes and status reports, assigning and monitoring documents/databases, and reviewing documents/databases for accuracy and completeness.  

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing material flows primarily supporting global distribution activities.
