Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management:

• Acknowledge and confirm purchase orders from vendors or marketplaces.
• Organize orders based on vendor locations for smoother processing.

Sales Order Processing:

• Process sales orders after receiving purchase orders.
• Enter order details accurately and on time in the system.

Inventory Management:

• Keep track of inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
• Work with internal teams to ensure product availability based on demand.
• Prioritize purchase orders based on location needs and stock levels.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare daily reports to monitor product availability and maintain a high order fulfillment rate.
• Analyze inventory data to spot trends and suggest improvements.

Coordination and Logistics:

• Set delivery appointments and coordinate with logistics for smooth shipment.
• Check documentation and confirm delivery using Proof of Delivery (POD) and Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
• Communicate with teams to resolve any delivery or shipment issues.

Customer and Vendor Relations:

• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Resolve any problems related to shipments.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in supply chain analysis and optimization, especially in fast-moving operations.
3. Familiar with supply chain software like SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Position: Logistics Specialist

Experience: 8 - 12 years in logistics and warehouse

Work location: Chennai

• You will be responsible for the inventory management, warehousing and logistics activities associated with the distribution.
• Coordinate end to end Warehouse Operations Inbound, Outbound ,Transportation and 3PL operations
  Drive efficient processes to enhance warehouse operations
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• Experience with SAP order to cash process.(MM&SD Module) Excellent spreadsheet modeling skills required.

1. The incumbent will be responsible for stitching the process for fulfilling the demand

2. Have full hold on warehousing, products being handled, inventory management

3. Supply/demand planning, preparing and forecasting for future demands, maintaining MoQ

4. Logistics management for inbound and outbound transportation of materials

• Inventory Specialist (Req 2) 

Must have skills: 

Should have experience as End user in SCM 

Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Oracle preferred  

Experience in Inventory Management 

• You will coordinate and route the flow of material between contract manufacturers and distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.  
• You will expedite parts to remedy any shortage problems.  
• Perform purchase order receipts, create travelers, and maintain records of material flow.  
• Updating logs, databases, maintaining files, project reports, specifications, product information, and documentation.  
• Preparing processes and status reports, assigning and monitoring documents/databases, and reviewing documents/databases for accuracy and completeness.  

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing material flows primarily supporting global distribution activities.  
• Monitor the flow of material and parts between various suppliers and internal departments to meet tight schedules. 

• Responsible for leading and overseeing all operations in the company with Ownership

• Understand the entire Logistics process flow and drive the Operations team to achieve

maximum efficiency.

• Assisting in recruitment of Operations & Supply teams along with the support from HR

team

• Distribution of sales targets amongst the team members to ensure that the monthly

targets are achieved.

• Coordination with the different stakeholders and teams for smooth operations

• Updating the management team with progress, challenges, and developments on a

periodic basis.

• 7– 10 years of relevant work experience
• Graduation is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience in managing heavy equipment and spares
• Good staff management skills

7. You can handle inventory of the hardware product.
8. You strive towards operational peak efficiency.
9. You can handle the accounting and finances of the company.
10. If need be, you can help us with the QA of the product.
11. You can commit for at least 6 months.
