Job Description

• Develop dynamic PowerPoint presentations in the given time frame in an accurate manner with quality. 

• Develop and improve external client templates, and infographic layouts in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 

• Format designs and transform rough slides /hand-drawn sketches into visually appealing PowerPoint Presentations. 

• Formatting presentations and business-related documents as per the Equirus brand guidelines. 

• Follow creative direction and actively participate in any given deliverable

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of related experience, Graduate / Postgraduate 

• Microsoft Office expert level - Word, PowerPoint, Excel 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision

Edit and create engaging and visually appealing videos for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.

• can perform simple 2D animation, Motion graphics and VFX.

• Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing.

• Performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to colour correction and colour grading.

• Experience with creating marketing videos.

• Strong understanding of After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate, Photoshop, Canva, a clean sense of design. Efficient, well-organized. Excellent verbal and written Communications and written skills required. MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point.

• Edit video to include preselected music, video clips, sound clips and other important aspects of the project

• Creation of marketing videos from conception to execution including video editing, sound editing and motion graphics

• Design capabilities should include video, 2D and 3D motion graphics.

• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing

• Strong expertise in editing software such as Premiere pro, After Effect, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.

Reading the judgements, order copies and cause lists of the cases.

- Understanding each case and Analysing the criticality of the cases assigned.

- Complete Research on the subjects and cases assigned.

- Reading and writing synopsis or description of the analysis.

- Managing additional activities related to court record checks and other verifications.

- Coordinating with the extended team effortlessly for the fulfilment of the tasks.

Requirements:

1. The candidate must be a LLB- degree holder or a Final year Law student.

2. The candidate must have abreast legal knowledge and should be thorough with common acts and sections.

3. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. The candidate must have brilliant Drafting and Interpretation skills.

4.The candidate must be available for a 6-month full-time internship.

5. The candidate must have an eye for detail and the ability to identify risks

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.
• Give inputs for process improvements.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the 

organization.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
• Good exposure on-
  • Object-Oriented Programming language(s) (preferably JavaScript/Python)
  • Web Technology (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)- Front End Development
  • Block-Based Coding environment like Code.org or Scratch will be a plus
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, Airtable, Firebase etc.) will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings/demos with potential clients and understand their business
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and follow up in making websites live
• Collaborate with technical team on resolving customer issues
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
• Form alliances and partnerships in the eCommerce ecosystem

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 2 years
• Experience in eCommerce/SAAS/Fintech/Tech industries
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Well versed with written and spoken english
• Self motivated and hard working
