You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend systems.  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Java (8 or above) development. 

 • Strong foundation in OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

 • Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization techniques.

 • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate. 

 • Good working knowledge of RESTful API development. 

 • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

 • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines. 

 • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segment must perform the following responsibilities

. Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company and guide, and coordinate them to achieve the target towards the entire business growth.

. Observe all the stock reports, product orders, re-order etc.

.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree and experience in business, marketing or related field.
