Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

What We’re Looking For: 

Minimum 5 - 8 years of work experience in Software application development. 

• 3+ Years of experience as a full stack developer with experience in the design and implementation of UI using React.js. 
• 5+ Years of experience in developing APIs using Node.js, and having experience with Golang will be an added advantage. 
• Proven experience in React design guidelines, SDK, and excellent JavaScript skills. 
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL-based databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. 
• Familiarity with API security models including but not limited to OAuth, JSON Web Token, Digital Certificates, Basic Authentication, and OpenID. 
• Exposure to DevOps culture with hands-on experience in Jenkins for CI/CD would be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of containerization utilizing Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage. 

Responsibilities: 

• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility with release goals. This includes understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management. 
• Ensure compliance through the adoption of enterprise standards and promotion of best practice / guiding principles aligned with organization standards. 
• Build and maintain the environment for speed, accuracy, consistency, and ‘up’ time. 
• Hands-on position requiring strong analytical, architectural, development, and debugging skills that includes both development and operations. 
• Developing front-end website architecture and designing user interactions on web pages, ensuring the responsiveness of applications. 
• Developing back-end APIs and creating servers and databases for functionality. 
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. 
• Designing and developing APIs meeting both technical and consumer needs.

We’re seeking a Senior full stack developer who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This person will have complete, end-to-end ownership of projects. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The full stack developer will join a small team that uses new technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering amazing experiences for global users. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and creating Deluge code, Functions, Workflows, etc. Mainly you'll be working on creating custom applications on Zoho Creator along with external tools integrations (within and outside Zoho Ecosystem).

Responsibility

• Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including Creator, Forms, CRM, desk, BOOKS, Analytics, and others as needed.
• Deployment of new functionalities such as custom layouts, fields, calculated fields, and related fields.
• Design and build customer-facing CRM portals with reports and dashboards as needed.
• Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho Creator or other platforms.
• Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.
• Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking.
• Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support
• Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices.
• Create faqs and How-to-videos before project handover.

Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of programming. It means if you are given a code snippet you should know what will be the output. Basic understanding of PHP, Deluge, and Javascript.
• Great manipulating skill for strings, and arrays as most of the programs will be a string and array manipulation.
• Hands-on programming skills.
• Problem-solving skills as you are required to solve a real-world problem.
• Strong logical reasoning and Business understanding.

• Bachelor of Engineering or Masters Degree in Computer Science
• MEAN stack developer with
• Experience in software development, prototyping, functional analysis, integration, and testing.
• Experience with Javascript and RESTful technologies including building RESTful APIs
• In-depth understanding of the JavaScript programming languages especially Angular and node.js and the ability to peer review other engineer's code constructively
• Highly skilled at problem-solving, unit-testing, and debugging.
• Expert understanding of best practice engineering principles for building MEAN applications.
• In-depth knowledge of database systems and an understanding of data structures, data normalization, and query performance considerations. Particularly Non-Relational/NoSQL databases including MongoDB.
• Automated unit testing and CI experience
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts pictorially, orally or in writing.
• Docker experience desired
• Ability to learn business rules quickly by reading requirements, engaging in conversation, or reverse engineering.
• Expertise in source code control and versioning concepts.

• Architect, develop and maintain core products and services of the company.
• Create database architecture and best practises for optimization in speed and product operating costs.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs with high-volume large scale transaction processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure flawless UI and UX is achieved 
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Work with customers in evaluating technical requirements.
• Work closely with the product managers to achieve product vision and goals
• Review work of other developers and contractors, provide feedback and mentoring.
• Assist in the hiring of technical talent.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role for atleast 3 years 
• In depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 1 or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
• Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Automating the building and deploying of code along with continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git)
• Strong experience is deploying and managing application in AWS and Google Cloud
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript, JQuery
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum 2 years experience with MEAN Fullstack paradigm
