Role: Engineer/Sr Engineer -Java 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the front-end development of modules for enlivening CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrating them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and follow the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years of strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object-Oriented Javascript, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands-on Experience with Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA and RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology-related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter.

Technical Requirements

•   Develop front-end and back-end components for large data-driven applications.

• Contribute towards technical architecture – including coding framework, cloud administration, security, etc.

Qualifications:

• Decent experience in building ReactJS Applications - creating pure components, HOCs, Hooks
• Good understanding of OOPs concepts, Design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with REST API construction, documentation, and architecture, including API description specs like open API
• Very good understanding of working with SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and relevant ORMs Knowledge
• Memory management, multithreaded programming, and background processing
• Flexibility to understand and adopt pre-existing code
• Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment

We'd be impressed if you also have –

• Database architecture and design would be a plus

Role Overview 

As a Tech lead, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and  procedures, working closely with the co-founders in building a team. You will be responsible for  defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and  debugging of the software applications.
