Role Overview:

We are seeking a polished and articulate Presales with a flair for luxury service to join our dynamic team. Prior experience in luxury interior design, high-end retail, or companies like AMEX is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from leads database (warm and cold leads).
• Clearly and confidently communicate the brand’s ethos and premium service offerings.
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for sales/design team.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead status and feedback.
• Follow up on previous interactions to convert prospects into clients.
• Ensure a premium customer experience with every interaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling and lead handover.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience: 2–5 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement – preferably in luxury interiors, real estate, high-end retail, hospitality, or financial services (e.g., AMEX).
• Industry Background: Luxury brands, premium customer service roles, lifestyle services, or high-ticket sales.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline. Background in interior design, luxury marketing, or communication is a plus.
• Language: Fluent in English and Hindi. Additional languages are a bonus.
• Skills:

Designation: Product Manager or Senior Product Manager :CPaaS

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to

market launch. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and

regional teams, to develop and implement effective product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in market research, competition analysis, and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the CPaaS offerings.

 Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and

market demands.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.

 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and

business goals.

 Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and

high quality.

 Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points.

 Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

 Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and improvements.

 Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning,

Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Controller

1. Leadership and Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership on

strategic initiatives and providing financial insights

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Leading the budgeting and forecasting process to

provide accurate financial projections.

3. Cost Control: Implementing/ identify measures to control costs and improve

profitability

4. Team Management: Leading and developing a team to ensure effective

performance and goals achievement

5. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to

mitigate them.

6. Hands on experience of fundraising from Institutional Investors and closely

monitor the due diligence process for fundraising.

7. Liaising with financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and other agencies

8. Dealing with Investment Bankers, NBFC, Rating Agencies and Govt authorities

9. Raising long term Debt and short-term funding

10. Interacting with Strategic investor, Private Equity, FIs and NBFCs

Chief Compliance Officer

11. Ensuring compliance with secretarial related matters under Companies Act 2013.

12. Liaison with Stock Exchanges, SEBI and other regulatory authorities and look

after yearly/half yearly returns, audit reports, SEBI enhanced supervision data

and other periodic compliances.

13. Handling of periodic and event-based compliances of Stock Broking, DP, Merchant

Banking, PMS and Market Making. Ensuring timely & accurate regulatory

submission to exchanges, Depositories, various PMS submission etc.

14. Review and defining processes for implementation of various circulars issued by

Exchanges, Depositories, SEBI etc.

15. Query handling in relation to regulatory area of SEBI, Exchanges & Depositories.

16. Handling regulatory & exchange inspections, if any.

17. Assist the Senior Management in overseeing the implementation of the

Compliance Policy, internal codes of conduct, prescriptions in compliance

manuals, etc.

18. Drafting of Annual Report sections relating to secretarial and legal compliances

under Companies Act.
