We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to drive B2B sales in global markets. You will manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads, and close deals while working closely with SDRs and senior sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage with potential clients
• Pipeline & CRM Management – Track sales progress using tools like Salesforce/HubSpot
• Lead Qualification & Outbound Sales – Convert leads into long-term clients
• Collaborate with Sales Team – Work closely with SDRs and Account Managers
• Track & Optimize Sales Campaigns – Ensure consistent revenue growth
• Demo Bookings & Client Engagement – Conduct sales demos and follow up with clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, Inside Sales
• Strong expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and pipeline management
• Exposure to global/international markets
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong organizational & data-driven approach to sales

Sizzle is an exciting new startup in the world of gaming. At Sizzle, we’re building AI to automatically create highlights of gaming streamers and esports tournaments. 

For this role, we're looking for someone that loves to play and watch games, and is eager to roll up their sleeves and build up a new gaming platform. Specifically, we’re looking for a technical program manager - someone that can drive timelines, manage dependencies and get things done. You will work closely with the founders and the engineering team to iterate and launch new products and features. You will constantly report on status and maintain a dashboard across product, engineering, and user behavior. 

You will:

• Be responsible for speedy and timely shipping of all products and features
• Work closely with front end engineers, product managers, and UI/UX teams to understand the product requirements in detail, and map them out to delivery timeframes
• Work closely with backend engineers to understand and map deployment timeframes and integration into pipelines
• Manage the timeline and delivery of numerous A/B tests on the website design, layout, color scheme, button placement, images/videos, and other objects to optimize time on site and conversion
• Keep track of all dependencies between projects and engineers
• Track all projects and tasks across all engineers and address any delays.  Ensure tight coordination with management.

You should have the following qualities:

• Strong track record of successful delivery of complex projects and product launches
• 2+ years of software development; 2+ years of program management
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Deep understanding of AI model development and deployment
• Excited about working in a fast-changing startup environment
• Willingness to learn rapidly on the job, try different things, and deliver results
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field
• Ideally a gamer or someone interested in watching gaming content online

What You'll Do

• Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales quota
• Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
• Generates leads with the support of SDRs by contacting prospective clients through cold reach outs, networking and industry events.
• Qualifies new leads and determines serviceability of prospects
• Understands the communication needs of enterprise customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
• Designs develops and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
• Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information with the support of SDRs

What you should have

• 3-8 years experience in similar roles; Experience as Account Executive or Sales Development Representative at any technical product company is a big plus!
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound reach-outs every day
• Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
