We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our web applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both client-side and server-side components of our web applications.
• Front-End Development: Create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Back-End Development: Build and maintain robust server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
• Database Management: Design and manage relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Gather requirements by identifying user needs and recommend solution to clients.

Develop user requirement document, functional specification, user guide and training material for solutions.

Act as a liaison between development team and stakeholder throughout the implementation.

Support implementation, user acceptance testing and training activities (when required).

Analyzing, developing and proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.

Provide support in pre-sales activities with sales and marketing team, activities included analysis on RFP, provide business proposal, conduct system demo.

What you’ll need?

Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT and Business majors preferred.

Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Must possess good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), practical understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to business’ needs.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Retail domain knowledge would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

·       Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls

·       Configure and manage BGP, OSPF and EIGRP routing protocols.

·       Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco & Aruba switches

·       Monitor and maintain the performance of the network using SolarWinds & PRTG

·       Implement and maintain Palo Alto, Fortinet firewall

·       Manage WAN transport, including VPN and MPLS connections

·       Support 802.11x wireless networks

·       Ensure high availability and performance of the network

·       Collaborate with other IT teams to provide technical support for network & security related issues

·       Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:

·       Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

·       Minimum of 7 years of experience in network & security engineering and support

·       Expertise in BGP, OSPF and EIGRP routing protocols

·       Strong knowledge of Cisco switching, SolarWinds, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewall, WAN Transport, NAT and 802.11x Wireless.

·       CCNP or CCIE certification preferred

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Knowledge of STP, RSTP.

·       Knowledge of VLAN, ARP, Trunk ports, VRRP and Ether-Channel.

·       Knowledge of Port-Security.

The Data Engineer would be responsible for selecting and integrating Big Data tools and frameworks required. Would implement Data Ingestion & ETL/ELT processes

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands on experience on Big Data tools/technologies like Spark,  Databricks, Map Reduce, Hive, HDFS.
• Expertise and excellent understanding of big data toolset such as Sqoop, Spark-streaming, Kafka, NiFi
• Proficiency in any of the programming language: Python/ Scala/  Java with 4+ years’ experience
• Experience in Cloud infrastructures like MS Azure, Data lake etc
• Good working knowledge in NoSQL DB (Mongo, HBase, Casandra)

• Writing well-designed, stable and efficient code
• Building reusable components and libraries for future
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
• Participating in code reviews
• Troubleshooting and bug fixing
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency
• Collaborating with the design team on developing micro-services

   Ideal candidate possesses expertise in making UI changes, Adding new features on web page, Mobile App.

   Prior work experience is not mandatory, expertise in the below technologies is mandatory.

- Must have: CSS, AJAX, JQuery, PHP, IONIC framework.

- Good to have: Node Js, AWS.

- Able to work in fast paced environment.

- Resource should be able to work independently and deliver from Day1.
