Overview:
The SEO specialist is responsible for driving organic and overall traffic and improving search engine
visibility for the brand. The role requires deep expertise in search engine optimisation, a data-driven
approach, and the ability to execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the brand's marketing and
business objectives
Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and optimisation efforts
Optimise website structure, content, and metadata to improve search engine visibility and drive
organic traffic
Monitor and analyse search engine rankings, traffic patterns, and conversion data to inform and refine
SEO efforts
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into SEO strategies
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, content writers, and designers to ensure all digital assets
are optimised for search engines
Communicate the value of SEO to internal stakeholders and educate them on best practices
Measure and report on the success of SEO initiatives and use data to inform future optimisation
efforts

Organic and overall traffic growth
Search engine rankings for target keywords
Bounce rate and time on site metrics
Conversion rate and lead generation metrics
Return on investment (ROI) of SEO initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success
Deep expertise in search engine optimisation, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, link
building, and analytics
Experience with website architecture and development and the ability to collaborate with developers
and designers to implement SEO recommendations
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform and refine SEO strategies
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Marketing - Hiring
