We are looking for a driven and people-focused Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right educational solutions. You will play a key role in driving admissions by generating leads, engaging with prospects, and nurturing them through the decision-making journey.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential students through various lead-generation channels.

Prospect new leads via cold calling, follow-ups, events, referrals, and digital outreach.

Understand student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs or courses.

Engage with key decision-makers and build strong advisory relationships.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and progress in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple leads effectively

Salary -35k-38k CTC (2+ year exp)

Shift : 10AM-7PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code (IaC). The ideal candidate should also have direct client-facing experience and a proactive approach to managing both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients to understand infrastructure requirements and implement DevOps best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, etc.).
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Write robust automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
• Monitor system performance and availability, and ensure high uptime and reliability.
• Execute and optimize SQLqueries for MSSQL and PostgresQL databases.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide technical support to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Proven experience in client-facing engagements and communication.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, etc.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Strong experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub.
• Solid understanding of SQL and working experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Identifying key user groups and creating representative personas of their behaviors and demographics.
• Conduct testing of applications, and websites to Assess user experience
• Your code should be browser independent and compatible with all screen resolutions (Responsive Design Coding)
• Your code should perform well on both the screen sizes of both web and mobile both.
• You are responsible for keeping yourself updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Must be able to see opportunities for improvement, take ownership and closely work with the development team to drive product improvement

• UX design experience in creating and implementing UI design
• Must have 2-3 years of experience and be well versed with Figma
• Expertise in standard UX software tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Figma, Balsamiq, or any other UI/UX latest tool
• Strong command on technologies Adobe Photoshop, HTML/ XHTML/ HTML5, CSS/CSS3 , JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS
• CSS Frameworks Bootstrap3x/4x, Foundation (For Responsive Development), 960 Grid System
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• 2 years of experience with web and mobile designing

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Programming or a similar field
• 2+ years of experience developing within the Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms
• 2+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Interest in staying current and applying the most current best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• A true passion for design and technology
• A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
• Positive attitude, high energy, and love for broadening web development skill set    

Mandate Skills:- Appium, Java

Responsibilities:

• Should have hands on experience Java have flexibility to learn new programming languages, tools & can build PoC around them
• Should have hands on experience on Functional Testing (UI, Mobile, API), Regression Testing, Testing Web Services/API (Postman/Swagger/YAML)
• Experience on load testing/performance testing is good to have
• Should have hands on experience with API testing tools like ReadyAPI, SOAPUI, JMeter, Blaze meter etc.
• Should have hands on knowledge in writing PL/SQL's to collect and verify test data and should have worked on relational databases.
• Must have knowledge on setting up test automation pipeline in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Teamcity, and Azure DevOps etc.

Desired profile:

• Should have excellent communication skills and should be able to handle communications independently and confidently with business and development teams.
• Should have good documentation skills & experience in defining and publishing key quality metrics and governance around it.
• Experience with Test Management tools like Atlassian JIRA, TestRail will be a plus.
