Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Research Associate to join our team at our Noida Sector 62 office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, primarily from LinkedIn, to support various business initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity for interns to learn and contribute to our data research efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research on individuals, companies, and industries through various online sources, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
2. Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced search operators to identify and compile data on target audiences.
3. Optimize LinkedIn profiles to enhance the visibility and branding of team members and the organization.
4. Create and execute data collection strategies that align with our business objectives.
5. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support lead generation efforts.
7. Maintain accurate records of collected data and ensure data security and privacy compliance.
8. Participate in LinkedIn networking events, webinars, and groups to expand the organization's professional network.
9. Assist in CRM integration to facilitate relationship management and lead tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (in-progress or completed) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and its features.
• Proficient in using Boolean search techniques for research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and learn new LinkedIn features.
• Multilingual skills (a plus).

• Creating and updating the listing on all the platforms
• Coordinating with Marketplace teams to set up and manage promotions (deals and price offs) for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc
• Setting up deals, opting in to relevant deals (on FK)
• Following up on confirmation of promotions
• Checking execution and performance of promotion
• Checking Debit Notes received against promotions
• Working with Stock Manager to ensure healthy inventory metrics on B2C Marketplaces
• Working with team members to ensure timely delivery of shipments to B2B Marketplace warehouses
• Working with team members to ensure timely payment from B2B Marketplaces
• Reviewing of Influencer program
• Working with the content team to develop and update content for product listings
• Maintaining properties such as Brand Pages
• Coordinating with the Content team and Marketplace teams to develop creatives for promotions
• Investigating and resolving of content related issues

Desired Candidate Profile

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing

• IIT/NIT Graduates Preferred
• B.E/B.Tech with 1-2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Hands on experience with using libraries such as RSpec, Beanstalkd, Faye and   background processing.
• Good knowledge of at least one of the Javascript frameworks like EmberJS, AngularJS
• Have a background in functional composition of web pages using HTML / CSS, and  turning a wireframe design into a well-formatted, user-friendly responsive web page
• Follow best practices like test-driven development, continuous integration, Agile    methodology, refactoring and code standards
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN
• Good knowledge of schema less databases such as Elastic search, redis as well as  Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem solving skills and bringing in new, innovative ideas to the table to  make the platform more productive
• Hands-on experience on deployment and maintenance of server (knowledge about AWS  and performance monitoring tools like NewRelic / CloudWatch will be a great plus)
