Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3 years of experience to join our

team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python,

Django, and PostgreSQL, along with a good understanding of backend development.

Knowledge of Java will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and

Django

 Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL

 Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new

features

 Debug and resolve technical issues and optimize application performance

 Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices

 Required Skills

 Strong experience in Python

 Hands-on experience with Django framework

 Understanding of REST APIs and web services

 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

▪️Build backend services where 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐩𝐮𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 are critical

▪️Own 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐏𝐃𝐅 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 end-to-end, including:

• Composition
• Rendering
• Optimization
• High-volume document generation

▪️Make 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and take ownership of backend architecture

You will be managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Location = Pune

You are required to:

• Have architected /designed at least 2-3 systems/products of enterprise scale from scratch.
