• Requirement gathering for web and app development projects
• Preparation of necessary docs(BRD, FRD, SOW, RFQ, NDAs, and POC) for the clients requirement.
• Drafting user stories, wire frames and project plans based on the requirements of the client
• Understanding the default software/applications products and services of Webkul and its functionalities(at the workflow level) for a personalized explanation of the same to the clients.
• Handling customers' pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication mediums like calls/emails/Skype/ helpdesk/ social networking sites.
• Project assignment and being clients major communication for ongoing projects.
• Managing project delivery(It covers check of all the SOW points agreed)
• Assigning the technical queries/issues of clients to the technical departments.
• Preparing a full User guide(technical doc/content) of the products for Webkul’s products, Services, and customers in written and video format as well.
• Attending international as well as domestic seminars and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.
• Market research of the products.
• Responsible for new partnerships of the organization, acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization.
• Full-time office job, No field work.

Job Description-Product Manager-Do Your Thng

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with all required teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy, roadmap and own end-to-end product lifecycle.
• .Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
•  Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Understand the business problem/void and craft a fitting product.
•  Design, Develop and Deploy the product in close coordination with functional teams, with limited oversight.
• Dissect the requirements into user stories, Prioritize the backlog based on business value, define acceptance criteria.

  • Relevant experience in software delivery, with a focus on product delivery and roadmap planning including experience in Agile Development methodologies.
  • Knowledge and focus on superb user experience [UX], aesthetics and visual communication (Figma).
  • Experience bringing a product from idea through to customer use and maintenance.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience as a Product Manager working for a tech product, preferably on a mobile app
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Requirements:

• 5 + Years – 6+ Years of Coding & Development Expertise in ASP.Net / .Net Core & C#.
• Should be able to interpret the FSD and translate into Coding Logic.
• Should have good exposure to using web-based technologies (ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS3, Web API, Bootstrap).
• Hands on Experience on Relational database like SQL is a must knowledge on Database Linking is very important including understanding Processing Logic.
• Experience in developing enterprise grade software with MVC, MVVM or MVP would be a Plus.

Demonstrated expertise of building and shipping cloud native applications

Experience in administering (including setting up, managing, monitoring) data processing pipelines (both streaming and batch) using frameworks such as Kafka, ELK Stack, Fluentd

Experience in API development using Swagger

Strong expertise with containerization technologies including kubernetes, docker-compose

Experience with cloud platform services such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
