Position: Customer Service Executive

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. An outstanding customer service executive should possess a proven record of successful customer service and management skills. Along with the team, you will ensure that the customer experience delivers the brand values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Educating customers by presenting and explaining retail products, answering queries, and helping customers make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions/opinions
• Replenishing retail shelves as per store requirement
• Managing store visual merchandising and managing customer billing and gift-wrapping
• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records and supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in a similar profile
• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.
• Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage as well as an experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible and works well with a team
• Ability to multitask

Who you are

·         4+ years of experience in http://force.com/" target="_blank">Force.com applications design, development, integration, AppExchange launch and support and minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning development.

·         Fluent in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive experience developing Lightning Components – both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework.

·         Solid experience in Lightning component development and Salesforce customization.

·         Convert business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the http://salesforce.com/" target="_blank">Salesforce.com platform. Develop the technical Design, custom solution, and system design based on lightning platform

·         Minimum of 6 months Lightning Component development experience.

·         Minimum of 6 months experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework.

·         Minimum of 6 months experience with Lightning Design System framework.

·         JavaScript, Remote Objects or JavaScript Remoting/events, JQuery, CSS

·         Salesforce Static Resources Setup and usage of lightning apps and embedding in VF pages.

·         Implementing REST integration (http://salesforce.com/" target="_blank">Salesforce.com web services API, REST API, JSON, Apex, HTML)

·         Being a Certified http://force.com/" target="_blank">Force.com Developer is a must, an Advanced Developer is highly desirable

·         Strong knowledge of Agile methodology

·         Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, SOQL, AJAX, XML, Javascript, HTML

·         Experience in SFDC customization, integration, and administration

·         The ability to lead workshops and provide direction to your team members

• Full-stack developer with exposure working in building products from scratch
• Have 2+ years in implementing front-end of applications using ReactJS
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap Ant-D, Redux, JavaScript and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Good knowledge of MVC, MVVM, OOPS concepts, Web Development Concept.
• Experience with RESTful services
• Work experience any one of the backend technologies such as Java, NodeJS, .NET will be a major plus
• Experience in JavaScript build tools such as web-pack /gulp
• Familiar with testing frameworks (such as Jasmine) and Test runner framework (such as Karma) (good to have)
