React Native Developer (Full-Time)

We are hiring a React Native Developer for Websites.co.in, a platform used by millions of businesses to create their websites in minutes. You will build and improve our mobile experience used by small business owners globally.

Your role:

• Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native
• Implement clean, reusable components and UI screens
• Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data efficiently
• Work on app performance, loading speed, and smooth UX
• Debug issues, fix crashes, and improve app stability
• Collaborate with product, backend, and QA teams to ship features
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and release cycles

As a Backend SDE-2, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, product management, and operations to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and play a critical role in shaping the technology roadmap and engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement engineering strategies that support business objectives. Understand broader organization goals and prepare technology roadmaps.
• Technical Excellence: Guide the team in designing and implementing scalable, extensible and secure software systems. Drive the adoption of best practices in technical architecture, coding standards, and software testing to ensure product delivery with highest speed AND quality.
• Project and Program Management: Setting up aggressive as well as realistic timelines with all the stakeholders, ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects as per the defined timelines with best quality standards ensuring budget constraints are met. Use agile methodologies to manage the development process and resolve bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Business, and Operations teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure the smooth integration of engineering efforts across the organization.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks. Proactively identify areas of technical debt and drive initiatives to reduce it.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with releational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS.

·       Able to generate LLD documents.

·       Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects.

·       Unit Test and following the coding standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

·       5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5

·       Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

·       Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful webservices implementation.

·       NodeJS experience is value add

·       Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

·       Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

·       One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated self-starter.

Job Requirements:

• 9 years and above of total experience preferably in bigdata space.
• Creating spark applications using Scala to process data.
• Experience in scheduling and troubleshooting/debugging Spark jobs in steps.
• Experience in spark job performance tuning and optimizations.
• Should have experience in processing data using Kafka/Pyhton.
• Individual should have experience and understanding in configuring Kafka topics to optimize the performance.
• Should be proficient in writing SQL queries to process data in Data Warehouse.
• Hands on experience in working with Linux commands to troubleshoot/debug issues and creating shell scripts to automate tasks.
• Experience on AWS services like EMR.

Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.

· Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing and executing SEO campaigns.

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or information technology, certification, and other degree programs available so must be having min. requisite of IT side & good at Marketing side.

· Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

· Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

· Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.

· Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
