Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack (FSE) Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for development of critical banking application across various business domains. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions are developed, maintained, and continuously improved.

Responsibilities:

Development of business-critical banking applications.

Develop new features for banking applications using FSE technologies.

Ensure code quality through proper testing, reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with design, backend, and other teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.

Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

4 – 6 years of relevant experience in application development.

Solid experience in:

Java, Spring Boot.

APIs / REST.

Kubernetes / OpenShift. 

Azure DevOps.

JMS, Message Queues.

Nice to have knowledge in: 

Quarkus.

Apache Camel.

Soft skills / Personality:

Excellent English communication skills / proactive communication.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

What we offer you-

Fixed Pay- 2.9 to 3LPA

Performance based incentives-2 to 3LPA

Total Pay- 4.9 to 6LPA

Profile

Purpose of Role: To support and maintain the existing and future applications managed by ABD (Agile Business Development) Team.

Main Responsibilities:

• To work on existing and future applications as required
• Work with ABD India Application Support and Business Support team to address production issues and/or to do development work
• Work with US ABD team to coordinate the on-going support and monthly release of C-Hub (Customer-Hub) application and other ABD Applications
• Report status to management on project progress
• Identify and escalate related issues and risks
• Coordinate with others in Development and Business Support team to implement new features of SQL Server/ MS Web based technologies 
• Assess current modules and offer performance improvements techniques  
• Make sure Database Design Standards/coding standards established by ABD are followed
• Constant communication with ABD leadership team in US.
• Problem Solving ability with “Can-do” attitude
• IT experience in Banking industry is preferred

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience and bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent with good communication Skill
• Strong background in Microsoft Technologies and SDLC concepts. Should have experience in below technologies:
• Microsoft .Net (ASP.NET & ASP .NET CORE)
• C#, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery /Angular 2 +(Angular version 2 or higher), Typescript
• MVC and WebAPI
• MS SQL Server management Studio (SSMS) to develop database objects such as Stored Procedures, Functions, views, triggers, constraints etc. and look for performance tuning and Exception handling for these components
• Good to have: Understanding of MS Excel VBA /MS-access/ macro codes

5+ years experience with ecommerce web development projects, working in a client services environment, and building sites from start to finish.

Proven experience in collaborating with other developers, technical architects, project managers, UX designers, business analysts, and QA analysts. Experience interfacing directly with clients a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-orientation skills.

Experience working on ecommerce sites for clients with yearly revenues above $5M.

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments.

Proven experience in managing complex integrations with customers and third parties in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

5+ years experience developing client solutions on Magento (3+ years with Magento 2, prior experience with Magento 1).

 Experience with Magneto Cloud.

5+ years experience with CSS, Javascript, PHP, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). We’ll be expecting that you have advanced knowledge of these technologies that you can apply to your projects. Knowledge of frameworks like CakePHP, CodeIgniter, or Zend Framework would definitely put you ahead of the game.

3+ years experience with advanced JavaScript development and front-end frameworks, especially as they relate to Magento 2.

3+ years experience with HTML and CSS development and front-end frameworks, especially as they relate to Magento 2.

3+ years experience with API integration and/or custom extension development in Magento 2.

Proven experience in creating performant and robust solutions, optimizing both server-side and client-side performance.

One or more Magento Certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:  

• Participating and collaborating in our project methodology and Agile Scrum software development lifecycle as a key contributor.
• Assist technical architects in technical solution definition
• Breaking down and estimating user stories and technical tasks.
• Software development in Magento, PHP, and related technologies.
• Identify and communicate technical dependencies and risks. In collaboration with colleagues on the project, work diligently to reduce technical risks.
• Code review and merging of code in source controls systems (such as git).
• Unit testing and demonstrating working solutions for software you develop.
• Mentoring colleagues, pair programming, and code review.
• Documentation of technical solutions.
• Remediation of defects found during testing.
• Assisting in deployments to pre-production and production environments.
• Keeping Agile and project management systems updated with progress and status on daily basis (Jira).
• Learn and adhere to company coding and quality standards and conventions. Follow project-level design decisions and conventions.
• This is a “production” role, and you are responsible for tracking your time on customer projects and meeting your production targets on a weekly basis.
