The VTL / CNC / VMC / HMC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machine tools to produce precision components as per drawings and specifications. The role includes machine setup, tool handling, quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate VTL, CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for machining operations
• Set up machines, load programs, and select appropriate tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Monitor machining processes and make minor adjustments as required
• Perform dimensional inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain production records and inspection reports
• Identify machine issues, tool wear, or defects and report to supervisors
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S)
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform AI-led and peer role plays with clarity in pitch, demo flow, and objection handling.
• Develop your own pitch style and demo flow using key product messages, and deliver mock demos with clarity, creativity and strong communication as per evaluation standards.Shadow real demos and school interactions during the 15-day onsite phase.
