Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution within timelines. While experienced candidates are preferred, enthusiastic freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to understand, document, and communicate project requirements clearly.
• Coordinate with creative, design, motion, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of projects as per client expectations.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Handle client communication, updates, feedback, and revisions professionally.
• Ensure proper documentation of project briefs, changes, approvals, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks or delays and proactively coordinate solutions with the team.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and follow-ups on ongoing projects.

Job Role: AI/ML Intern (LLMs & Agent Systems)

Position Summary: We’re an AI/ML research-driven team focused on building intelligent AI Agents and RAG-based systems for real-world applications in finance, business, and personal assistance.

About the Role

As an AI/ML Intern, you’ll work closely with our core AI/ML team on projects involving LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic reasoning.

You’ll contribute to experiments, data preparation, model evaluation, and prototype development, gaining exposure to both research concepts and production-level AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and evaluating LLM- and agent-based pipelines (RAG, reasoning, tool use, etc.).
• Conduct small-scale experiments and contribute to prompt design and prompt evaluation.
• Help integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and internal tools.
• Explore and document recent AI agent frameworks and LLM techniques.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to test and deploy prototypes.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Good understanding of LLM fundamentals - tokenization, embeddings, attention, context, etc.
• Some exposure to Prompt Engineering and reasoning patterns like Chain of Thought or ReAct.
• Experience in Python and libraries like PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly in a research-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers/Datasets.
• Exposure to RAG systems and vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Awareness of LangChain, LangGraph, or other LLM/Agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker, Redis, or basic database usage (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Understanding of OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, or other model inference APIs.

People Management & Leadership: Lead the P& C team to continue developing People & Culture processes as outlined below. Continue to develop the existing team of People leaders through coaching, mentorship, and leadership. Recruit and hire new P& C staff as needed.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding and development, through to transitions and exits, creating a positive experience for all employees and driving engagement. Organizational Development, Design, and Change Management:Drive organizational development and design efforts, working in collaboration with senior leaders across the organization to develop key HR staffing plans for new and existing departments.

HR Metrics, Analytics, and Strategic Investment:Implement a comprehensive HR dashboard that tracks key metrics across all HR functions. Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and guide investment in new full-time employees (FTEs), thereby maximizing profitability and optimizing capital deployment.

Future-of-Work Thought Leadership:Be a strategic thinker on how to position Parachuters to help the company achieve its 3-5-7+ year ambitions. Have well-researched and thoughtful stances on topics such as hybrid, remote-first, time-off, flexible time, sabbatical programs, comp philosophy, etc. to fully leverage the People & Culture function as a differentiator for the company.

What will set this person apart:

• Proven business leader with 3+ years of leadership or management experience, in a leadership role within Human Resources.
• Experience working in a high-growth tech startup or similar fast-paced industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR management, including but not limited to talent management, learning & development, compensation strategy, and legal compliance.
• Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and succession planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to create solution prototype and conduct proof of concept of new tools.

• Work in research and understanding of new tools and areas.

• Clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies/platforms and perform

detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to derive a

solution.

Technical skills

• Must have knowledge of the networking in Linux, and basics of computer networks in

general.

• Must have intermediate/advanced knowledge of one programming language,

preferably Python.

• Must have experience of writing shell scripts and configuration files.

• Should be proficient in bash.

• Should have excellent Linux administration capabilities.

• Working experience of SCM. Git is preferred.

• Knowledge of build and CI-CD tools, like Jenkins, Bamboo etc is a plus.

• Understanding of Architecture of OpenStack/Kubernetes is a plus.

• Code contributed to OpenStack/Kubernetes community will be a plus.

• Data Center network troubleshooting will be a plus.

• Understanding of NFV and SDN domain will be a plus.
