Job Description:

• Contribute to all phases of the development life-cycle of the students and train a dynamic team of students.
• Should possess strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, Angular JS, React JS, Node JS, and DBMS along with a passion for Blockchain.
• Good to have knowledge of Rust and Solidity
• Excellent in any of the programming languages.
• Ready to upgrade the idle candidates. Should stay up-to-date with the latest development in the field.
• Facilitating the student's available resources such as curriculum, data, hardware, etc.
• Upgrading the students’ knowledge quality by taking them through the important functionalities of technologies.
• Sharply train the student's minds in analyzing the problem-solving ability of the students
• Train and guide the students to analyze the errors and design strategies to overcome them.
• Lead learning enhancement through developing assignment and assessment modules
• Integrate the use of advanced technology for upscale training quality, and develop plans to track and monitor the progress of students.
• Should be capable of completing the assigned module in the given time.
• Conduct regular research for further enhancement of curriculum on a regular basis.
• Should be able to communicate and connect with students in an effective way.
• Maintain individual and group training records
• Organize and promote courses
• Prepare teaching/course materials
• Proctor course examinations
• Develop and deliver programs of learning activities
• Check and assess (grade) students’ work and deliver feedback with course grades
• Apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience for students.

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development and writing Unit tests for Mobile Apps
• Excellent designing, debugging and programming skills in an Object oriented programming language like C#, Java, javascript, Swift, Dart etc.
• Experience with Native Mobile development (Android or IOS) and Cross-Platform mobile development (preferably Flutter)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge of writing code for testability, modularity and extensibility
• Knowledge of test methodologies and corresponding unit test framework tools like JUnit etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

• Experience working with BloC Pattern and Dependency Injection
• Knowledge of Eventing based programming patterns. 
• Exposure to integrating Performance, Analytics, Attribution tools
• Experience of using Flavors in application development
• Knowledge of Multi-module development in Flutter (ex- via Melos)

• Work with the product team and drive design, development and delivery of new features.
• Investigate and fix issues referred to by the support team. Write code to automate tests to automate regressions.

About the role: As a Graphic Designer, you will take a significant part in shaping visual language and communications. You will be responsible for designing visually engaging & clutter-breaking graphics. The role would be reporting to the art lead.

Responsibilities:

·      Taking design briefs to understand requirements.

·      Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.

·      Designing and producing marketing collateral by brand guidelines,

·      Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

·      Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.

·      Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns.

·      Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.

·      Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field.

Candidate requirements:

·      Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.

·      Must have prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.

·      Must possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Knowledge of Adobe XD/Figma is a plus.

·      Must pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.

·      Must have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, & suggestions.

·      Must be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

  Setup & Own the UX writing framework end-to-end - translating research into actionable insights, then creating content as per the designed workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers, UX Designers, & product managers to apply user insights to inform strategic decisions & copy direction
• Craft compelling copy across user interfaces, across customer touchpoints on web, mobile web & app to improve overall effectiveness of the product by Ensuring clear & concise micro-copy for all scenarios including informational, error & instructional content.
