To reinforce our dynamic development team, we are seeking a skilled Full-stack developer. As a Full-stack developer, you will collaborate with an international cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solution.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the application 

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements

Participate in system and application architecture discussions

Create technical designs and specifications for new features or enhancements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled Full-stack developer. Experience in Insurance domain is appreciated.

We are looking for a passionate Senior User Experience Designer to join our fast growing team at LogiNext. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and other UI designers to design new features, translate concepts into living and breathing prototypes, and rapidly iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver the best user experience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing & creating highly interactive user interfaces across all supported platforms.

You are passionate about design and are driven to create solutions for our clients that combine business objectives, design principles, and continuous user research into a compelling user experience. You have experience in designing a consistent and adaptable platform-based approach to user experience within a technology-driven and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create brand and positioning strategy. Own key P&L goals including TVL, User acquisition and # users across multiple chains
• Segmentation, targeting and acquisition strategies across user segments and channels
• Design and implement Stader Labs brand strategy on social media, including Twitter, Discord, Medium and Telegram
• Build and execute communications campaigns across different Proof of Staking chains that tell the Stader Labs story to multiple audiences
