Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering. You will work closely with designers and developers to create high-quality 3D assets for various projects, including games, animations, and product visualizations.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models, textures, and materials for various assets.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to bring concepts to life.
• Optimize 3D models for real-time rendering and performance.
• Develop lighting, shading, and rendering techniques to enhance visuals.
• Work on character modeling, environment creation, and animation as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag).
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Unity, Roblox, Marvelous Designer, Gaea, Keyshot etc. is a plus
• Proven experience as a 3D Artist or similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of texturing, shading, and rendering techniques.
• Knowledge of animation and rigging is a plus.
• Excellent artistic skills and attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities will include

• To be a part of a highly motivated, young, and energetic product development Team.
• You will be handling high traffic web site operations, pro-active maintenance and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal working and performance of the websites
• Opportunity to collaborate, work with the architects and product owners in the business, and to contribute in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Assisting with mentoring junior team members, code reviews.
• To ensure code is clean, effective, simple, and follows coding standards.
• To advise, recommend, and justify critical architecture decisions to management..

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT programming.
• You have strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong sense of writing quality code.
• Passion for developing highly scalable systems.
• You are quick, resourceful, flexible, and an excellent collaborator.
• Hands-on technical designing, coding, and implementing product features.
• Strong experience in OOPS and MVC frameworks in PHP.
• Database experience of the following: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server (Preferably PostgreSQL).
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate beneficial software design patterns.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Ajax, etc.).
• Experience participating in agile and fast-paced software development methodologies.
• Experience in collaborating in a cross-functional agile team to solve challenging technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Train members on code development, optimization, and debugging techniques.
• Can do best code reviews in a team.
• Can do the best comprehension of business requirements and optimal utilization of available skills, tools, and resources.
• Ability to work independently in all phases of software development.

Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Sound knowledge on Project Management

• Proven experience to manage a team

• Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills

• A positive and proactive attitude

• Ability to take constructive feedback and work on it
