Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead PCB design projects from concept through production, including schematic capture, layout, and design reviews.

2.Define system architecture and translate requirements into optimized PCB designs.

3.Ensure compliance with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), EMI/EMC standards, and manufacturability guidelines.

4.Conduct design validation and testing of prototypes, debugging issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration.

6. Drive component selection with emphasis on footprint compatibility, thermal management, and supply chain availability.

7.Maintain detailed documentation including PCB design files, fabrication notes, and assembly instructions.

Technical Skills Required:

1.Strong knowledge of high-speed digital PCB design.

2.Experience with multi-layer PCB design, including power planes, ground planes, and stack-up optimization.

3.Familiarity with embedded systems PCB design.

4.Understanding of communication protocol implementations at PCB level.

5.Hands-on experience with DFM/DFT (Design for Manufacturability/Testing) and working with PCB fabrication/assembly vendors.

6.Proficiency in lab equipment for validation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).

7.Translate technical specifications from device datasheets into efficient circuit layouts, ensuring all electrical constraints and performance requirements are met.

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / Javascript / Webpack / Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with ES6 / ES7 / ES8 features.
• Expertise with Web Services / REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Linux and deployment on Linux.
• Familiarity with Redux Thunk / Redux Saga will be an added advantage.
• Skillful experience in Node JS / Express / MongoDB will be a plus.
• Understanding of mobile cross-platform frameworks like React Native.
• Knowledge of AWS services like S3, EC2 would be valuable.

As a presales manager, you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, engineering, sales and marketing, and project teams/customer relations to understand internal product and service capabilities. Build marketing and sales collaterals showcasing the company’s offerings and capabilities

Role will also include understanding the customer’s needs and building suitable solutions, working closely with engineering, delivery, and sales teams.  You will also be required to actively understand customer preferences and predict future needs for product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engagement with the customers and understanding of their needs and putting together solutions (products and services) that are aligned with the customers’ demands. 
• Responsible for supporting the business development team in putting together compelling proposals in response to RFPs.
• Responsible for bringing in industry/vertical specific expertise into building the solution and validating technical solutions from the service delivery team.
• Coordinating with 3rd party service providers and integrating their solution components into the overall proposals.
• Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’

actions.

• Work in sync with the product development team and develop

sustainable and commercially viable products.

• Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
• Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating

activities such as trade shows, exhibitions or customer workshops.

• Prepare sales proposals and train sales representatives/executives

from time to time.

• Preparation of presentations about the products or services with their value proposition articulated for the usage of the sales team.
• Creation of marketing concepts and responding to customers’ RFPs and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams.
• Use domain expertise to articulate customer requirements appropriately to product and development teams
• Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and

demonstrations to customers.

• Execute on customer proof of concepts (POCs).
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to an audience from C-Level to End User, clearly articulate the value Profile products will bring to an organization, gain trusted advisor respect, and help influence, make well-executed systems presentations and clearly articulate the product’s value.

• 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript, JQuery, Node.js
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Experience in Java Programming with Selenium and Mobile Application (Appium).
• Experience in designing developing data quality automation and executing test plans.
• Experience in CI/CD and developing Test Automation Tools for Data Quality Assessment.
• Familiar with standard Quality Assurance and development tools.
