Skills

• Good experience in EPM platform tools, specially in Tagetik.

• Experience implementing CPM/EPM systems.

• Experience in end to end implementation is required.

• Experience in Financial Consolidation and troubleshooting.

• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to write clear, concise technical and business documents.

• Experience of understanding in report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchy, ETL and UAT

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Writer with expertise in social media content creation and script writing for reels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, with a focus on short-form video content like reels. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate effectively through written and visual mediums will be crucial in driving brand awareness and engagement. 

Responsibilities: 

• Write high-quality, original content for blogs, social media platforms, and other digital channels. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Interacting with stakeholders and clients for understanding requirements, drafting JDs, interviews and negotiating results (where necessary).
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

• Responsible for recruitment cycle which includes Screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews.
• Resourcing suitable candidates through different sources, such as: Using job portals, Employee referrals, Database, References, Networking.
• Posting Jobs and Fetching Resumes from Job Portals. 
• Salary Negotiation with candidate.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis of selected candidates. 
• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of compensation policy. 
• Other documentation which includes: validations of certificates & documents, training arrangements, briefing of company policies and rules & regulations.
• Managing welfare measures, HR - Management initiatives, employee get together, team building activities etc. to enhance motivation levels, productivity and relationship building.

• 6+ years of recent hands-on Java development
• Developing data pipelines in AWS or Google Cloud
• Java, Python, JavaScript programming languages
• Great understanding of designing for performance, scalability, and reliability of data intensive application
• Hadoop MapReduce, Spark, Pig. Understanding of database fundamentals and advanced SQL knowledge.
• In-depth understanding of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
• Understanding of full software development life cycle, agile development and continuous integration
• Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
