Design Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end UI and visual design for core product experiences across web and mobile.
• Translate product requirements and wireframes into clean, visually stunning interfaces that drive clarity and engagement.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency across products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect precision.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interaction prototypes, and motion studies that reflect attention to detail and usability.
• Showcase your work through detailed design case studies that communicate design rationale, iterations, and final outcomes.
• Contribute to the evolving company’s design language and visual identity.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2–6 years of hands-on Product Design experience, with a strong focus on UI and Visual Design.
• Experience designing for well-funded, product-led startups — both B2B SaaS and B2C backgrounds are relevant.
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft, attention to detail, and case studies of top products you’ve designed.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools for interface and interaction design.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Background in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields is preferred.
• Passionate about building beautiful, scalable products that blend usability with aesthetics.

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like WorkIndia, Naukri.com etc.)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Handle the documentation of the employees

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent grasp on English
• Graduate/ Post- graduate in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

• The ideal candidate must have experience in enterprise application design, system performance and scalability
• 5+ year experience in web services, distributed systems, and highly available and scalable applications.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java
• Very good knowledge of Core Java and J2EE and should have worked on high availability, low latency platforms.
• Ability to question status quo and identify bad design/code patterns which can impact performance and maintainability of the code.
• Excellent understanding of system design and design patterns.
• Previous experience with the Agile methodology.
• Experience in developing robust RESTful services is desirable.
• Have very good communication skills
• Have strong experience in the Spring framework.
• Good experience in SQL/Oracle
• BS degree in computer science or related fields. MS degree desired
