- Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing talent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Solid understanding of branding, user experience, and digital marketing principles.
