Job Summary:
The Design Manager at Contlo will lead our design team, driving the creation and implementation of visual designs across various projects. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership, and project management skills to deliver outstanding design solutions that align with our brand's identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing talent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Solid understanding of branding, user experience, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
