Job Summary:
The Design Manager at Contlo will lead our design team, driving the creation and implementation of visual designs across various projects. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing talent.
