Duties And responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

·      Work with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and pain points.

·      Conduct workshops to gather functional and technical requirements.

·      Map business requirements to Business Central functionalities.

Solution Design & Customisation

·      Design workflows, processes, and solutions within Business Central to meet client needs.

·      Configure Business Central modules (e.g., logistics, inventory, manufacturing/production).

·      Recommend and design customisations or integrations with third-party tools where needed.

Implementation & Deployment

·      Set up and deploy Business Central in client environments.

·      Migrate data from legacy systems to Business Central.

·      Test configurations and customisations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Training & User Support

·      Provide training to end-users and stakeholders to ensure they are comfortable using the system.

·      Develop documentation and user manuals for reference.

·      Offer post-implementation support and resolve any issues that arise.

Continuous Improvement

·      Identify opportunities for process improvement using Business Central features.

·      Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics updates and recommend upgrades or new features to clients.

Collaboration with Teams

·      Work closely with developers for custom solutions, integrations, or system extensions.

·      Collaborate with project managers to deliver implementations on time and within budget.

·      Positively contribute to pre-sales engagements, farming work to existing customer.

·      Keep awareness of budgets and aiding the Project Management Team.

·      Aid in improving delivery methodologies across the ERP delivery function.

Required Experience

·      3-8 years’ experience as a MS Business Central Consultant.

·      Ideally full project lifecycle experience as listed in Responsibilities.

·      Business Central Qualification.

·      Understanding of financial and accounting processes – an accounting/finance background will be beneficial.

·      Ideally industry experience in Production/Manufacturing/Logistics.

·      Ability to understand solution architecture of digital transformation projects.

·      Awareness / Experience of other functional areas beneficial.

·      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·      Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service.

·      Client facing at all levels within a business.

·      Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our broader digital transformation and eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience delivering high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Android-based mobile application projects
• Manage eCommerce-focused digital transformation programs end-to-end
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met without compromising on quality
• Drive agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and stakeholder reporting
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership on assigned projects
• Ensure seamless collaboration across on-site and remote teams
• Monitor KPIs and project metrics to track delivery progress

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of total experience, with at least 4+ years in a project management role
• Proven experience in Android mobile application project delivery
• Strong exposure to eCommerce platforms and digital transformation projects (Mandatory)
• Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle and architecture
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• PMP / Prince2 / Agile Scrum Master certification
• Working knowledge of iOS mobile apps is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based backend integration for mobile apps

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Net Developer with 4-7 years of experience with experience with :

• Full development lifecycle with ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL,
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Stored Procedure
• API Development

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development

Applicant must have a min of 4 years of experience as a Java Developer and a Min of 2 years on Spring boot, Augular knowledge must, having an experience in Angular would be an added advantage.
