Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Intern to help us build, manage, and optimise WhatsApp-first automation journeys across the customer lifecycle, while also supporting event tracking and marketing analytics.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with the growth team on real automation and tracking use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation (Primary)
· Build and manage WhatsApp automation flows (onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, seasonal campaigns)
· Translate customer journeys into automation logic and flow diagrams
Execute broadcast campaigns aligned with offers, product launches, and wellness themes
· Work on user segmentation based on behavior, purchase history, and lifecycle stage
· A/B test message copies, timing, and flow logic to improve engagement and conversions
Tracking & Analytics (Secondary)
· Assist in managing and validating Meta Pixel, Google Ads Pixel, and GA events
· Support GTM event setup, testing, and debugging (page view, add to cart, purchase, key funnel events)
· Ensure automation flows and campaigns are correctly tracked end-to-end
· Monitor and report key metrics like open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and drop-offs

Who Should Apply
· Final year BBA / MBA (Marketing) students or recent pass-outs
· Strong interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and automation
· Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads tracking, and funnels
· Familiarity with pixels, events, and GTM (hands-on or academic/project experience is fine)
· Analytical mindset and attention to detail
· Interest in startups, D2C, health, or wellness brands is a plus

Job Summary
