Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled software developer with 3+ years of experience to work on enterprise platforms in EdTech, HRMS, CRM, and online examination systems. The role involves developing scalable web and mobile applications used by institutions and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and PHP.

• Build and enhance mobile applications using React Native.

• Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

• Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for performance-driven applications.

• Collaborate with product, QA, and implementation teams for feature delivery.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure secure, high-performance systems.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Node.js, PHP, and React Native.

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, API development, and database design.

• Experience with Git, version control, and deployment processes.

• Understanding of SaaS-based applications and modular architecture.

Preferred

• Experience in ERP, HRMS, CRM, or education/examination platforms.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and scalable deployments.

Organic Growth & Community Manager (X, Reddit, Instagram):

• Post Zygasa videos daily and place them in the right X threads (high-relevance, high-visibility).
• Engage consistently on X + Reddit (comments/replies) to build trust and community.
• Grow genuine organic followers on our profiles (no bots, no follow/unfollow).
• Drive traffic from X, Reddit, Instagram → zygasa.com and improve signups.
• Track performance using UTM links + weekly report (traffic, signups, best-performing posts)

Must have: Prior experience growing a social account/community (preferably from scratch) and genuine interest in social media + content distribution.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success associate with strong experience in client management, customer success, support or account management. One should have a strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations, client facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

1. Answering day to day client queries and providing creative solutions
2. Working on large scale project that optimize our clients’ workflows
3. Training clients on the EDS platform
4. Helping to improve client documentation, writing help articles, or creating how to videos

Backend Developer

Position Overview:

As a Backend Developer at FatakPay, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems.

Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Implement and maintain data storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security issues, and other technical challenges.

Qualifications:

Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
