Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3.5+ years of experience in designing and building scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies on the backend and React.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET Core and React.js
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Implement UI components with reusable and responsive React components
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Work with relational databases like SQL Server to develop complex queries and stored procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and bug fixing
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3.5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Frontend: React.js (with Redux or Context API), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core (3.1 or later), Web API, MVC, Entity Framework Core
• Database: SQL Server or other RDBMS, strong knowledge of stored procedures and joins
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• Cloud & DevOps: Basic understanding of Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
• Testing: Unit Testing (NUnit, xUnit, Jest or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and RESTful service integration

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience in performance optimization and debugging tools

Educational Qualifications

Management skills required

1. Drive scrum meetings (Daily sync-up, Weekly planning meetings, Monthly meetings)

Analyse and understand the JIRA business stories and design the technical solutions.  

• Design, Develop, and evaluate the AWS Cloud based technical solutions.  
• Lead, Track tasks, Oversee, and mentor less experienced team members.  
• Integrate with other SPE proprietary applications using RESTful webservices complying latest industry design and coding standards.  
• Strong Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and keep SPEs standard complex system solutions.  
• Strong understanding and first-hand experience on agile software development approaches in a fast paced and continuously changing B2B marketing business environment.  
• Working on large scale systems development or integration projects, acting as the Project lead performing analysis and documenting technical requirements, data requirements, data architecture and relationships.  
• Provide subject matter expertise on overall IT solution, system and data flow architecture for Spring based micro services.  
• Provide primary technology support for in-house proprietary B2B projects with supported application platforms.  
• Review & approve Github Pull requests using the existing Application Development Frameworks and Coding Standards. 
• Provide production support in managing the application incidents and priority-based problem resolution. 

• 2+ years of .NET/ASP.NET (Win Forms, MVC, .NET Core, WEB API, SQL server)
• 2+ years using GIT source code repository.
• 2+ years working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• 2+ years’ experience with SQL within SQL Server Environment.
• Fast learner, self-sufficient, proactive and can work with little guidance.

• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Good understanding of REACT application, Native Android, System architecture, and workflows
• Experience with function and class components, hooks and material UI, CSS, styled-components preferred
• Understanding of RESTful APIS, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), GIT, popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps
• Understanding in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, DataStructures, Algorithms, JSX
• Must have knowledge in Script frameworks ReactJS, Redux, jQuery and Android Language: Typescript/ JavaScript/ JAVA / XML
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Good problem-solving, Open-minded team player, troubleshooting skills

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements into the application. You will also be responsible for building rich UI components with React.

Requirements:

• Should have experience on Node.js and frameworks available for it, such as Express or StrongLoop. Preferably Express.
• Should have experience in building Rich UI components with React.js.
•  Should have hands on experience on MongoDB.  
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks and workarounds.
• Knowledge of ES6, ES7 and Object-oriented and functional programming.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Should have experience in working on Linux (Ubuntu) Environment and basic linux commands.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good to have knowledge on Redis DB.
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
• Good to have exposure working in an agile development environment.
