Role Overview

As an SDR at Snapsight, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging key stakeholders in the events industry across the US and Europe. Your efforts will lay the foundation for successful sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects that can benefit from our event technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and engage event organizers and technology decision-makers.
• Use platforms like Outreach, Clay, and our CRM system to streamline and enhance outreach processes.
• Qualify leads through research and outreach efforts to ensure alignment with Snapsight’s target audience in the events industry.
• Build relationships with prospects, nurturing them until they are ready for handoff to our Account Executives.
• Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to ensure alignment on market insights and prospecting strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of outbound sales experience, specifically in the US and European markets.

Industry Knowledge: Background in the events industry or event technology, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field.

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with outbound tools like Outreach, Clay, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and driving a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) handling a portfolio of eligible customers in order to achieve the targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. To ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance and stewardship across all phases of operations within the solar panel and battery manufacturing plant. This role will lead the implementation of proactive risk mitigation strategies, promote a culture of safety, and ensure sustainable and legally compliant environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the HSE vision, policies, and systems aligned with corporate objectives and government regulations.

- Guide the organization towards a safety-first culture with clear KPIs for safety performance.

- Influence cross-functional teams to incorporate HSE into business planning and operational execution.

- Ensure compliance with Indian and international HSE laws, including Factories Act, Environment Protection Act, and Battery Waste Management Rules.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies such as MoEFCC, MPCB, and DISH for necessary approvals, inspections, and reporting.

- Oversee implementation of safety procedures specific to solar cell manufacturing (e.g., chemical handling) and battery production (e.g., lithium-ion risks).

- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

- Monitor plant operations for potential environmental and safety hazards using modern risk assessment tools (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA).

- Design and execute regular safety drills, workshops, and certifications.

- Mentor site HSE managers and create a strong safety culture at all levels of the plant.

- Ensure behavioral safety programs and toolbox talks are embedded in daily routines.

- Sustainability and Environmental Management

- Develop programs for waste management, emissions control, water conservation, and clean energy usage.

- Implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks across the facility.

- Promote circular economy principles in battery lifecycle and solar module disposal.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.

- NEBOSH/IOSH Certification or equivalent HSE qualification mandatory.

- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a large-scale manufacturing or energy plant.

- Deep understanding of solar and battery-specific safety and environmental risks.

 Responsibilities

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integration of data storage solutions.

• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, Yii, CodeIgniter)

STAGE is an OTT platform for BHARAT which serves video based entertainment in dialects (बोलयाँ). We bring traditional and new local Artists on STAGE who create content in hyperlocal genres like Ragini, Geet, Saang in dialect like haryanavi, rajasthani etc. We are on a mission to uplift the cultural roots of Bharat, by connecting/introducing dialect based content to young and adult audiences. There are 400 million ( 40 crore) Bharatwaisi who primarily speak in dialects in Bharat. We want to serve them well by providing quality content in their local culture. This is a complete remote work so good communication skills would be a strong plus for this role. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design function at STAGE
• Collaborate with cross functional teams like Technology, Product, Content and deliver amazing product experiences to our users
• Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for STAGE on mobile, web and TV
• Conduct user research for discovering user insights aligned with the business goals
• Work closely with our users to understand and solve their pain points
• Contribute towards each stage of design thinking principles (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test, Scale) for our users
