Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quant Developer with strong programming expertise and an interest in financial markets. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing trading algorithms, analytics tools, and quantitative models. Prior experience with cryptocurrencies is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement high-performance trading algorithms and strategies.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate models into robust code.
• Optimize trading system performance and latency.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Work with market data, conduct analysis, and support trading operations.
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with financial markets or trading systems (experience in crypto is a bonus).
• Experience with distributed systems, databases, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of numerical libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Boost) and statistical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in developing low-latency systems.
• Understanding of quantitative modeling and back testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with trading protocols (FIX, WebSocket, REST APIs).
• Interest or experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
