About the Role

Work on real growth problems across ads, payments, and user funnels to drive revenue impact. 

Analyze performance data, identify drop-offs, and turn insights into actionable improvements.

 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize the end-to-end user journey.

Responsibilities

• Daily Ad Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor Meta Ads Manager daily to track ad performance and share report for key metrics and any anomalies / disruptions
• Payment Operations: Monitor the success rates of multiple payment methods across different geographies and proactively flag in case of repeat failures
• Content Funnel Analytics: Analyze the end to end user journey and evaluate the funnel for insights
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing for the PlotPix ecosystem which includes:
• Platform UI / UX
• Payments System
• Content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and digital payments
• Experience of working on Meta Ads Manager
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity of working with LLMs
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Education: Open to final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline with strong analytical skills and interest in growth, marketing, or data.
