• Strong Data / ETL Test Engineer
• 5+ years of overall experience in Testing/QA
• 3+ years of hands-on end-to-end data testing/ETL testing experience, covering data extraction, transformation, loading validation, reconciliation, working across BI / Analytics / Data Warehouse / e-Governance platforms
• Must have strong understanding and hands-on exposure to Data Warehouse concepts and processes, including fact & dimension tables, data models, data flows, aggregations, and historical data handling.
• Must have experience in Data Migration Testing, including validation of completeness, correctness, reconciliation, and post-migration verification from legacy platforms to upgraded/cloud-based data platforms.
• Must have independently handled test strategy, test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and regression cycles for ETL and BI testing
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and SQL-based data validation is mandatory (Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to Redshift and/or Qlik will be considered sufficient)
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree B.E./B.Tech else should have master's in M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS
• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and QA leadership
• Mandatory Location: Candidate must be based within Delhi NCR (100 km radius)

Preferred

• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Data Analytics / BI certifications (Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, etc.)

Role & Responsibilities

• Experience of conducting test of migrated data and defining test scenarios and test cases for the same

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline, or equivalent working experience.
• Development of distributed applications with Microsoft technologies: C# .NET/Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
• Deep expertise with microservices architectures and design patterns.
• Cloud Native AWS experience with services such as Lambda, SQS, RDS/Aurora, S3, Lex, and Polly.
• Mastery of both Windows and Linux environments and their use in the development and management of complex distributed systems architectures.
• Git source code repository and continuous integration tools.
• Proficient with debugging and profiling distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate and collaborate with our sales, delivery, and support teams in the creation of sales-related documents, specifically pre-sales activities, documents, proposals, client presentations, due-diligence, risk assessments, and more.

Proposals- In this role, you will need to understand the requirements and create a winning proposal or presentation based on inputs from multiple technology and domain teams. Repository - You will be responsible for creating and maintaining case studies, introductory segment presentations, and samples in coordination with delivery and sales teams.

Pipeline Reporting- The role also involves sales pipeline reporting and tracking, including financial and sales activity reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all standard company presentations, brochures, and collaterals are up-to-date and indexed properly in the repository.

As a self-starter, you will be expected to identify key issues and priorities and focus on delivering required results with minimal direction and supervision. Multitasking with a high level of ownership is essential for success in this role, considering the high level of role seniority and sensitivity.

Market Intelligence- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of the market through a thorough analysis of demand-supply dynamics, competition landscape, value chain, and regulatory frameworks governing the industry. In addition, you will conduct in-depth assessments of companies involving a review of their business structure, product/service offerings, management team, recent developments, go-to-market approach, and outlook.

Leadership- As a mentor, you will be responsible for training associates/analysts working on the projects being executed. You will support the development of proposals through case-studies, samples, and preliminary background research. You will exhibit sector-specific subject-matter expertise as relevant.
