About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support projects. ·        Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

·        Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.

·        Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

·        Good knowledge of HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Reports, and integrations.

·        Ability to work independently and manage client communications.

·        Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
