We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Software (Python) Developer to join our team and help build the components of the solutions. The ideal candidate is a versatile self-starter with a background in Python development. The Software Engineers responsibilities include designing and developing software for an large scale application that is hosted in AWS/Azure cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software that is performant, scalable, reusable and extensible in python.
• Responsible for over-all software development life cycle from design to delivery.
• Adoption and Evolution of the software engineering practices and tools within the organization.
• You will work closely with product management and other development teams to create responsive, and interactive interfaces.
• You will work closely with our solution architects, analysts and design team members to develop specifications.
• You must be able to design solution based on requirement and acceptance criteria provided in the story.
• Collaborate with other technology and business teams within the organization to provide efficient robust solutions to the problems.
• You will be required to demonstrate problem solving & debugging skills.

• Make improvements to our microservices, Cloud APIs and work on developing new capabilities in existing code base.
• Enhance existing capabilities in the application to meet the customer needs.
• Need to work in collaboration with other team members and management team.
• Uses data visualization techniques to provide insights on large data sets and input to finish Dashboards.
• Builds and maintains datasets to help subject matter expert.
• Must be able to work independently with some oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Must have 4+ years of experience in python application development
• Must have 1+ years of experience with Django framework.
• Deep understanding of object oriented and functional paradigms.
• Solid background in RESTful Web Services.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Relational database (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL is required.
• Knowledge of reactJS to be a Full-stack developer is a plus.
• Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.

• Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media
• Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
• Actively participate in team meetings

• Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
• Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution.
• Educate customers on services and processes.
• Escalate any issues to the Team Leader.
• Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives.
• Adhere strictly to shift schedules.
• Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Candidates from voice/non- voice both will be fine. 
  Experience with the SAAS model will be an added advantage. 
  Ecommerce background will be an added advantage.

The Role Expectation

• You will play a key role in the design and development of the core UI, working directly with the Product team on realizing their needs and translating it into the product.

• You will be involved in developing user-facing features using React.js, building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, and translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

• You will participate in the overall design and architecture of the application, maintaining quality and ensuring performance and compliance to software standards and guidelines

• You will help in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• You will adhere to the best practices of the Agile & TDD

• You will collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design, prioritize and launch new features.

• You will take ownership for organizing code and maintain its integrity at all points in time.

• You will be responsible for understanding and implementing security and data protection best practices

• Guide and mentor to the team and help them grow in a professional and personal capacity

• You will bring in a passion for technology and hunger to learn

You Have

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Thorough understanding of JavaScript frameworks and browser

• Experience with popular Rearect.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Experience with utility libraries (e.g., Immutable.js, Lodash, Underscore)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Oauth2.0 and SAML2.0 and exchange of claims using JWT tokens

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Good understanding of browser JavaScript engines and its compatibility issues

• A knack for benchmarking and optimization

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and technologies

Good to Have

• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

• Knowledge or experience of back-end languages and technologies

• Prior experience in developing code on large scale distributed systems and knowledge of cloud deployments on AWS/Azure

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
